Thanks for the detailed info. on Proof "Notarize". I have been on the Notarize platform as an On-Demand notary for just over a year. I was confused with the information updates Notarize was putting out there about changing its brand/name to Proof. Your video has at least helped me to understand a little more than I did in the beginning. It sounds positive and I hope you keep us up-to-date on whether there are any differences in the Proof functionality vs the old Notarize.
Fantastic presentation, Side Hustle Seattle! Your thorough exploration of the transition from Notarize to Proof's new online platform was enlightening and insightful. The clarity with which you elucidated the features and benefits of the new system truly resonated with me. Your ability to navigate through the intricacies of the transition process while highlighting the advantages for notaries showcased your expertise in the notary field. I particularly appreciated how you addressed potential concerns and provided practical solutions, demonstrating your commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved. Your presentation style was engaging and dynamic, keeping me captivated from start to finish. Overall, it was a commendable presentation that undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. Kudos to you for a job well done! 😀
Thank you for this information; really appreciate you consistently keeping us on point. You are so awesome. I have not started on Notarize yet, I'm kind of late to the game....but it sounds exciting, looking forward to what's on the horizon....congratulations on your new home purchase as well.☺
I am so glad to see this. Thank you for taking the time from your schedule to do this video. I am awaiting my commission papers and I selected a different platform. Since Proof is going to be in all 50 states, I would love to sign with them. I will check with NNA. Do you have any updates regarding Proof.
Great content as allways. I don't know what to think. I know it's great for Proof, but if you have to retake a credential 10 times just to finish in 15 minutes and get you split from $4.50 which will be probrably a dollar or two I don't know what to think just yet. You have discussed before that there needs to be a signers orantations. Signer come in cold with the promise that it will be quick and eazy, then they need to retake the picture of their ID and get mad cause they can't do it, even you patiently try to direct them they are quite and already three steps in front of you, and get mad that have to retake again. I wish the signer wouldn't be able to come in the platform if they fail the credential analysis, just like KBA. We have to tell them to refresh their screen to maximise their wifi or other details that should be handled before they meet with the Notary. In RON you have to be customer support , and now besides a trusted referee, a Notary. Wow I hope it's good for everybody.
More work for less money. These are exactly the people you don't want. Shady people putting in false information or people not good with technology. If this is the case, there's a big opportunity here for an exclusive notary platform to overtake "Proof". Notarize's 20% cut to notaries is criminal.
Thank you for the information. I had no idea Notarize had changed either. On the Proof site, is says that the company keeps info on file to make Digital ID's of every customer and obviously, notaries as well. ...Digital ID's. ...Interesting...
Congratulations! I am on school break starting next week and I haven’t gotten my commission yet but I am taking your Udemy class this month. I already purchased🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for the info. I took your Udemy course and it was very informative also. I'm new to the mobile notary biz. I do have a question what do you recommend as a RON software?
@joekelly4 I thought it was just me who noticed the "GLOW" and other features. I'm a mom myself so I know the "GLOW". I wanted to congratulate her but when I left a comment she didn't reply so I'm guessing she doesn't want to talk about it. No one else said anything so I didn't know if she already made the announcement🤷.
I’m interested to see if it applies to California. I have to read up On proof but as it stands california doesn’t allowed online notarization of any kind.
Thank you beautiful Queen for another informative video. Congrats, you are glowing🙂. Took a break from social media, notary stuff, etc. Not sure you said something💜😉.
Do you know more about the new implementation of Proofs' DigiCert and what it means for notary publics, and Identrust. Specifically, those of us who just renewed their Identrust Digital Certificate
Excellent content! What are your thoughts regarding states whom do not participate in RON such as SC? How can a notary in SC create financial gains when that opportunity is not available?
I have been trying to onboard there for over 3 weeks. They just keep spitting the same email template response back to me, after every correction I make to satisfy their requirements. Same thing every time about how I'm not on my "state's list of approved RONs, etc." I keep telling them (every time) Tennessee requires that I'm contracted with a platform before I can apply to the state. Getting nowhere. What a waste of time.
So most states don’t actually require you to show proof of being on a platform prior to getting approved as a RON. So my opinion is just tell your state you’re using notarize and don’t wait to get onboarded.
@@FreeWarrior_76 just read your SoS instructions. Technically you can give them all the info they need w/o fully onboarding but I’d suggest sending a separate support ticket to Notarize (not a response in the existing thread) with wording from TN saying you need to be onboarded first because applying to be a RON
Technology and methods used for RON are on the website and help center available to the public. Being onboarded doesn’t give you anymore Insight into it.
Hello, I am a RON with Notarize/Proof in Indiana. But, Indiana does not provide a ODN. I sure hope that they will in the near future. Sure would be nice as this would provide additional training, work experience and enhance this profession. 🙏💯

No problem! So Proof ( Notarize) is live but notaries in all 50 states can’t sign up still. What state are you in?

California doesn't allow online notarizations but I wonder if they'll allow you to do online id verifications 🤔
Nice explanation, thank you.

I love your videos. I’ve been thinking about hoping on the RON train and looking at various platforms. Do you still use Pandadoc?
Hi, do you think now is a good time to become a loan signing agent? I have scheduled my notary Oath this month 😊
Excellent content! What are your thoughts regarding states whom do not participate in RON such as SC? How can a notary in SC create financial gains when that opportunity is not available?
Sc does offer Ron using Panda.doc ad of 2021
How much does Proof pay its notaries?
@@rodneydavis9172 $25 for a loan signing, $5 for general notary work, $3 to be an on demand whiteness.
@@sidehustleseattle alright, thank you!

I'm in indiana also and I've always liked Notarize. So it makes me sad that they still do not provide ODN here.
Yes, that is disappointing that Indiana doesn't have a ODN?! Hopefully, at some point tho...@@dyamondprincess28
