@@stephaniepaul9130 thanks for watching! yea with loan signings it can be overwhelming but the NNA training is solid and keep in mind you do have time to prep the documents so if you don’t know what to do, Google it, UA-cam it, or post in a Facebook group. That’s what I do- Google has been my best friend 😂
I had recently sold a home and did the entire signing online. That was great! Shawn was actually my signing agent! When I say AMAZING, PATIENT and FRIENDLY believe me that is what Shawn is. Got up panicking because I was not getting help from who should be helping me and I signed up for his coaching. 1hr later he was available for coaching. He allowed me to do the work first and then showed me where I went wrong. For someone who is very very new to the Notary game he is who you want on your team. I have reached out to others but no one was willing to take the time to assist or guide me. He gave some excellent suggestions that I will take once I master the RON platform. I will definitely be taking more of his classes. Oh and when he say he is NOT giving you bread crumbs that is what he meant!!!!! Thank you for taking the time to share info about RONs. I have been a traditional general notary for 20+ years. Basically, it was for the purpose of family documents and/or as an on-the-job resource. I remember some years ago when the electronic notary came about but never took it much into consideration. Now, particularly since COVID, I've become aware of its value and have decided to pursue it with greater interest.

I got training from Shawn after watching this video. This is my experience. Shawn's training is very comprehensive. I was left extremely impressed by how well the training was put together. He provides study materials, links, videos, and diagrams. He walks you through each section of his training. Nothing felt rushed. We spent an equal amount of time on the big and small parts of the training materials. I really love how I got the opportunity to see how everything works in real-time. My favorite part of our session was just experiencing his broad base of knowledge about everything being taught. Shawn having an IT background I think added something to the training where I got to learn things to help myself or future clients when technology glitches make your appointments complicated. My biggest takeaway would be the level of organization and patience involved. I fumbled a bit and caused a few delays during my training. My laptop didn’t always do what I wanted it to do. It would often take me a minute or 2 to figure out how to move forward. The whole time I never felt time-crunched. Shawn was very patient and professional and even went over our scheduled time by a few minutes. We finished every part of the training without any sense of urgency. When the session was over, I felt like I learned a lot. Shawn makes it easy to asks questions along the way. I look forward to more sessions on different topics and I would recommend Shawn to just about anyone looking to learn anything RON-related. He’s a pro and ridiculously talented at being able to teach things in a way where you can understand the material. Thanks for the mentoring session Shawn and great job!

@@shakira9468 Incorrect love. That is General Notary work that pays $5. If you do closings on notarize you get $25/pop and it goes up much higher for loan closings. When you are mobile and do the hybrid signings, a notary did the first portion remotely a lot of times, so this is defintely not new.:-)

This was good. I am new to your channel, so I don't know if you have already done a video on International Notarization through RON. It would be awesome if you could interview someone who is well versed in this. I saw a lady in an NNA workshop making a lot of money only doing International Notarization. So far I can not find any course in this.
Im not sure RN is permanently legal in NY state. I know they made temporary provisions for Covid but I'm still unsure. This was a good video . Well done and very encouraging.

I just took my RON training with Shawn and he is very knowledgeable, patient and walks you through step by step. I truly recommend Shawn if you need help with RON or any other mentoring..I do plan on taking more of his one on one platform mentoring. Very well worth it!

Thanks for the video. Just had a mentor meeting with Shawn and he's the real deal. I don't usually pay for things I feel I can research online but I'm glad I took advantage of his class. Thank you for taking the time to share info about RONs. I have been a traditional general notary for 20+ years. Basically, it was for the purpose of family documents and/or as an on-the-job resource. I remember some years ago when the electronic notary came about but never took it much into consideration. Now, particularly since COVID, I've become aware of its value and have decided to pursue it with greater interest.

I got training from Shawn after watching this video. This is my experience.
Shawn's training is very comprehensive. I was left extremely impressed by how well the training was put together. He provides study materials, links, videos, and diagrams. He walks you through each section of his training. Nothing felt rushed. We spent an equal amount of time on the big and small parts of the training materials.
I really love how I got the opportunity to see how everything works in real-time. My favorite part of our session was just experiencing his broad base of knowledge about everything being taught. Shawn having an IT background I think added something to the training where I got to learn things to help myself or future clients when technology glitches make your appointments complicated.
My biggest takeaway would be the level of organization and patience involved. I fumbled a bit and caused a few delays during my training. My laptop didn’t always do what I wanted it to do. It would often take me a minute or 2 to figure out how to move forward. The whole time I never felt time-crunched. Shawn was very patient and professional and even went over our scheduled time by a few minutes. We finished every part of the training without any sense of urgency.
When the session was over, I felt like I learned a lot. Shawn makes it easy to asks questions along the way. I look forward to more sessions on different topics and I would recommend Shawn to just about anyone looking to learn anything RON-related. He’s a pro and ridiculously talented at being able to teach things in a way where you can understand the material. Thanks for the mentoring session Shawn and great job!

@@shakira9468 Incorrect love. That is General Notary work that pays $5. If you do closings on notarize you get $25/pop and it goes up much higher for loan closings. When you are mobile and do the hybrid signings, a notary did the first portion remotely a lot of times, so this is defintely not new.:-)

Great information just wondering about what tax write offs do you typically have, since your purchases/equipment is so minimally, since you are not purchasing office supplies and traveling like a travel notary signing agent"?
Thanks for watching! You can still deduct supplies (computer, headphones), trainings/ certification, insurance and office space since you'll be using part of your home for work related reasons

This was good. I am new to your channel, so I don't know if you have already done a video on International Notarization through RON. It would be awesome if you could interview someone who is well versed in this. I saw a lady in an NNA workshop making a lot of money only doing International Notarization. So far I can not find any course in this.
