BlueNotary does offer training available both free and all intensive and inclusive paid courses over on academy.bluenotary.us There is a monthly fee for the Pro-Hybrid membership but there is also a free plan available to beginners. This can be seen over at bluenotary.us/pricing The Electronic Seal (Digital Stamp) is included free of charge to Notaries as long as they are using the BlueNotary platform. This holds true for all but 1-2 states at the moment.
