Really wish i could say the same. Been doing these for 120 days now and i notice 0 improvements in str and balance. 0. I did get a little more flexible though so yey me.
@@lycon7000 Yoga isn't about strength. You do this after your strength training to counter the muscle stiffness of hard training. Resistance training for strength, yoga for flexibility. There is no shortcut to getting strong.
@@Frusciante1221 doing this for 120+ days, every day, wouldnt call it a shortcut. And srsly 0 improvements in str and balance shouldnt be the case. But yet hete i am with my crappy body.
@@lycon7000 you can do yoga for 1200 days and you wont improve your strength. It's like drinking water and expecting to improve your swimming.

I can proudly declare now that I am totally free from the depression prison. FINALLY!!! After living my 32 years old life in darkness and fear I can finally see so many lights in my life, now. I even radiate my own beautiful light! 😭😭😭 I didn't know that finding the definition for my true self can be the key to open all the closed doors in my heart. I used to lengthen my yoga practice cause I couldn't get rid of my depressed feeling after doing one video but now... Just one video can make me feel so warm and full of love. After years of practicing with you, something magical happened the other day. I was doing something really hard and without thinking about it, I whispered out loud "I am strong"... I was so surprised and then smiled remembering where I learned this :) thank you for planting positive subliminal messages in us all! Exhale day 16🎉 I didn't have the best practice today thanks to a headache, my fault I shouldn't have stayed in bed for so long. 😂 However a fun thing happened when I started writing this comment I looked at the time as I checked the date (you'd think I'd know the date with doing this every day but I don't 🤣) anyway the time was 11:11 it made me smile and know that it is ok to have sessions that aren't always that good. So if you struggle today know that it's ok, and you are still strong even if you wobble, like I did, many times, but as Adriene, says "the ground will always catch you" she isn't wrong, with every wobble the ground was there. Thank you, Adriene, for this practice, even though today wasn't my day, it was still good, and the little whisper "I am strong," helped a lot. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
Thank you so much Adrienne, you can't imagine how you helped me during COVID-19 pandemic. I was working very hard in the hospital, in Nice, France, I felt anxious and under adrenaline in the same time, and you have been my "breathing moment" every single day, I found a break for my body and my brain, my soul. I cried and I smiled while doing yoga. I know I resisted because YOU were there, and I followed a yoga course every single day for months, and since then I've never stopped doing yoga. That was so fun! Dunno what about you guys but i definitely fell off the high lunge with the eagle arms.. but after six months of yoga a good practice for me is one in which you still fall sometimes. Shows that there is where to go towards and de-prides you..😜

Still here from your Move challenge in January. Thank you for continuing to offer daily content and monthly themes. Yoga is my “me” time since finding your videos, as I struggle to get motivated for daily meditation for mental health. Yoga is easier for me to get motivated for and I don’t have to worry about clearing out my thoughts since I can focus on your words and the movements. @@llsnsy8769 That sounds like a great combo! I also love meditation, just have such a hard time clearing my mind. It is a little chaotic in my head some days, so something more active like yoga has been a good way to balance that out more easily for me. 😊

Upper-body yoga💪
I exhale any and all tensions I have accumulated in my upper body, including my heart space.
Yoga is just so freeing: it frees me from my mind, it frees me from all of the things I think I have to do and achieve, it frees me from my outer world and allows me to delve into the inner. It’s a source of great joy and comfort in my life and I truly don’t know where I would be without it. It allows me to become the embodiment of love, providing myself and others with the loving kindness we all deserve. Loved mirroring my exhalations with the upper body releasing poses that helped me to feel utterly liberated from all that no longer and never has served. Namaste all🙏💓✨ xx

Feels great. Very demanding. Especially Eagle and crow pose. Tight shoulders and huge calf muscles makes it almost impossible. Peas and Love 🫛❤️

My depressive episodes tend to last for a month or more but whenever I get out of my funk I always go back to Yoga with Adriene to regain a sense of normalcy💜
I was a bit apprehensive for this one, as my shoulders are a bit sore now. But it went great (with the exception of the last vinyasa which became a flopyasa instead, lol)! Great balancing challenges with eagle arms in high lunges, loved it!
And just as we finished, a car alarm started going with apparent trouble getting it off, so good timing on that one, haha!

ahhh as a person who has done move and breathe, I really really missed this room. my high school years, parents home, days where I wake up at 5 am... just so nostalgic. thought that she moved from that house. but here it is!!
Here it is! The 30 Day Yoga Journey is hard to film inside my humble home, it is a lot of videos and so sometimes I like to film it elsewhere so I can go home at night to rest :) I am glad this room is a comfort to you, it is to me too! It's our room ; )

Day 74 in a row! Felt really strong doing this, but the Garudasana is so hard! I can almost do it on one side, but the left side just gives ups and doesn't want to twist that way. Hopefully with consistent practice I will do it someday!

What an excellent way to start a Monday!
I am so grateful for these 20-30min practices. Its the perfect length for me. I started my day of with difficulty breathing due to my asthma and it also gives me panic attacks, ao the first part I was struggling to breath and wanted to quit, but by the end I feel so much calmer and better even though I cant take as long of a breath as you. ♥️ thank you as always

EXPAND 🌟 | July 4, 4023 | As always this is a great practice for not just upper body flexibility but also for lower body strength. It's an unusually cool summer day here so it was nice to build some heat. I'm also feeling some lower back tightness today, so I followed up with a few more lower back stretches to find what feels good! 🙏

I did this practice again but this time I woke up this morning with pain in the right side from my ear to the bottom of my neck and also have been enduring with pain in the right upper side of my arm. And adverse reaction from the ___. I continue doing Yoga hoping the pain will go away in my right arm because I know my body and what is good for my body. Stay strong x
I liked this energizing practice. I still struggle a little with balance in a high lunge and Eagle but I know I'll get there & I'm loving the journey with this amazing ywa community ❤️

I like the steady calm pace of this practise, I did first SPARK Day 4 Finding Your Center ( needed really to find the center after busy days with family and friends) and then Day 6 coming back to my daily morning routines. High rises are always challenging for me, but I remind myself that little goes a long way like Adriene says. Wishing Yoga joy to all of you here breathing steady,.
