I have a pain in my front hip close to my thigh I went kicking yesterday for football and on one of the kicks when I lifted my leg and went to kick something popped or snapped and it hurt I can barely lift my leg now and t hurst when I move it
I play soccer and I had this pain in what started as my left side. It was very mild and tolerable. But because I love to play and cannot sit out, I hurt my right side a lot worse. For a few days I could barely walk and when I lay down on the ground, I can barely lift my right leg due to the pain. It's been 3 weeks and still no sign of getting better, I can't run more than 5 min without a sharp pain. Do you know if this sounds like the hip flexor or if it something else?

I play soccer and I got this hip injury 6 months ago been carrying this up until now, like you sed I don’t like to sit out I kept playeing I could run onit but when I strike the ball boom big trouble, I recently played and I striked the ball and I felt a pop inside my hip the pain was unbearable, I just can’t seem to get rid of this injury it keeps coming back
Hey... I hurt myself deadlifting. I got 495 up for 2 and on the 3rd rep I felt like hot water poured over my back. at first I thought i messed my disc up but no I just pulled my right lumbar some. And then I thought I hurt my hamstring.. nope. Now I realize its my hip flexor

My hurt doesn't hurt that much but when I play any sport it starts hurting…all I've been doing is putting ice but idk what to do

how long until its back to normal? it's pretty upsetting
Well mine is feeling better... I get sore very easy from Squats. I can deadlift 405 x 5 no problem but still im a little scared
