Please do it’s anywhere between $150 to $60 bucks, went out of curiosity with friends and found my back was bending sideways when facing head on 😬 had first adjustment yesterday felt great and will be doing more for about $60 a visit

I threw out my back about a year ago, it took a few months before I could finally walk and move around with less pain but till this day I still wake up with extreme stiffness in my lower back and my flexibility and range of motion has never been the same since, I finally scheduled my first chiropractor adjustment in a week and am legit nervous and excited to see if it will help

@@chendaforest amazing!! A combination of intermittent fasting, cardio and chiropractor surgery helped a ton. Not gonna lie I still wake up with some stiffness the first hour or so of my day (I’ve accepted that that’s probably never gonna go away lol) but after that I’m pretty much back to normal 😍☺️ BUTTTT i highly recommended exercise and some form of dieting as well. A huge part of back pain in adults is inflammation in the lower back and once I threw my back out even once the initial horrific pain went away after 3-4 months (literally was out of work, I could barely walk) my lower back pain was still intense and then I implemented diet and physical therapy and that’s when I started getting better slowly . Then when I started chiropractic therapy (once a week) now I’m pretty much good. ☺️

I got kind of adjusted once. He did one side of my neck n then I resisted when he did the other side. I couldn't relax to get the correct cracking adjustment. My loss n won't do it again.
I had my first adjustment ever today. This makes me feel like I didn't partake in a scam, because the guy did the same stuff for the most part. I was just shocked at how little time it took.

From my experience watching adjustment videos. The treatment only works if its being performed on a skin tight yoga pants wearing young model, or if the treatment is being performed by a skin tight yoga pants wearing young model. Glad this video stays true to the the rules.

I go to a chiropractor due to pain associated with spinal stenosis in my lower back. I have been going for a month and I think it has helped. I still have regular pain, but it is not as bad. So nothing magical, but it has been beneficial.
I am 31 and was just diagnosed with arthritis in the left side of my neck, probably due to the fast weight gain from pcos I would imagine. it causes great discomfort and I am 240 pounds now when I was 130. I hate my life in terms of my weight. i have NEVER been so uncomfortable constantly in my life until all of this weight gain. I am soon having my ins ran to get a surgery date thank gosh. One thing that I opted to do was recently going to a chiropractic referred to me by a cashier I met at Big Lots because one night after dinner my bf and I randomly just wanted to get out of the house and went shopping. Well, I found a sealy pillow and it's greatly reduced the pain, but the tightness is still there and sometimes I cant move my head all the way to the left....i am SCARED to death because day after tomorrow (SuperBowl) I have my first adjustment. I almost am to the point where I want to call out because I have heard stories where chiropractors have accidentally caused a stroke to occur with adjustments among other horror stories. I know I am just being unreasonable and ridiculous. but omg I am freaking out and I have anxiety...
Don’t be scared. Just make sure they are licensed and they’ll know what they’re doing. I promise you’ll feel better after your first assessment

Hi doctor! Why is it that after an adjustment in my neck or my thoracic spine for days afterward I hear a lot of popping and clicking? It’s all pain-free but it’s extra popping and clicking that was never there before the adjustment why is that?

Had a chiropractic adjustment where when he did my neck it shot down my right leg (there's long-standing nerve damage). I loved it, it felt great, loosened up my hip. Freaked out the doc though

@@BS-dq1kz adjustments have been known to actually cause injury to about 10-15% of patients which means seeing a chiropractor is actually pretty risky, a 1 out of 7 chance of injury and pain

I've just had this done, its not painful but is a little unpleasant. The neck cracking is really weird. Can't say though I've noticed any difference.

My main question is how long does your neck and back feel good after an adjustment. Cuz i dont wanna pay a lot of money for back cracking that will feel good at the moment but then be all messed up again in a week. (Ive never been to a chiropractor)
You'll always have pain and discomfort if you don't make permanent changes to your lifestyle. Chiros are ultimately just a bandaid. Stretching, good posture, managing stresses are long term solutions.
