Only wisdom from Peter's mouth, as usual

Your TM Book really got my interest in 1978, I was looking for a technique ,anything, that could give me an experience and understanding like I suddenly had when I was about 8,which I later learned was a Satori, a glimpse of the Self, it literally was mind blowing, the" I" the person went somewhere else for a few hours and it was just glorious unconditional Love....When the "I" returned it was awful......
I learned TM soon after reading your book ,and the technique has been a God send ( probably was !) I have found TM so valuable from deep rest to Samadhi's, to Avatars, Adviata Vedanta teachers of all sorts !, its my secret weapon ,although I have always tried to encourage others to learn it, only a few have pursued it, what a pity...... even though TM is powerful, it hasn't equalled that Satori.
I know the Self is real and not a Myth.
The world really needs this technique right now or one like it with this vile pandemic, I hope maybe some will turn to it or some sort of quiet time to bring us back home to our real Self, which in turn brings so many benefits.
With all the latest Covid19 variants , I feel this could go on for very long time If we could learn to be still not only in meditation but for most of the time even when active ,this world would be a much happier and peaceful place, so thanks for the book Peter !

Thanks Jon, Yes TM has been so important in my life too. Opened me up to so much. I'm also finding that in these times meditation is more important than ever. The inner stillness is so important when the mind has so much to be concerned about. The more you can sit in that silence, the closer you will come to the Satori you had.

@@peter-russell cant wait! but I suppose I will have too, TM is so simple, very enjoyable like a mental shower, so refreshing with occasional glimpse's of something really wonderful.
