    Sometimes when my thoughts come in i feel so deep in the zone with those thoughts like im deep inside the ocean floor , and then when i come back to the mantra effortlessly it takes me a few
    Steps out that deep zone.

      Lovely that you are going so deep. I suspect that without realizing it you are not being completely effortless with the mantra. The instruction is to let the mantra be there as effortlessly as any other thought. Notice how effortless the thoughts are in the zone, then just be aware of the sound of the mantra as faintly as one of these quiet thoughts in the zone. It is not so much bringing the mantra back in, as returning the attention to it. A small but very significant difference

      Thank you! I’ll try it out… I live in india and I actually getting trained by a certified TM teacher giving by tmORG TMindiaORG this upcoming Wednesday, i am traveling 7 hours to the center . I’m very excited as i watched hundreds of hours of TM videos on youtube as well as read books and articles on it and finally get my chance to learn.
