    I've already done this 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks and everytime I complete this flow I feel so relaxed, calm and all the thoughts in my head just fades away.. Thank you ma'am for putting this up 🙏

    Thank you so much for this yoga asanas because my intent was getting mental clarity on a very important decision I had to make regarding my career. This yoga practice helped me connect with my inner child and shut out all the external noises of the society. Now I have made my decision and I am going to move forward 😄.
