The carnivore diet is a restrictive regimen that follows specific dietary principles. I've been following the carnivore diet for about 3 months. I don't know why, but I'm feeling so much better. All my chronic health issues and autoimmune stuff seems to be calmed down.

Hi Diane. 🙂👋🏼 I'm sorry you're going through this cancer. 😟 I'm glad you found Carnivore to help heal you. And of course, your faith. 🙏🏼✝️
Are you also going through chemo? I hear that's brutal and can do some harm. There's someone who has stage 4 cancer. They told him he was terminal and only had a few months to live. That was over a year ago. He's also carnivore and he's fasting during his chemo week; only water. I wish he would drop the chemo. 😞
My brother had cancer years ago. He's now a cancer survivor. 🙏🏼
You're in my prayers, Diane. 🙏🏼✝️

There is no way that eating meat can somehow "cure" cancer. Cancer occurs in the body when the body's frequencies are messed up. Meat is the biggest frequency killer. You have to look to plant-based foods as humans are designed to eat, but also be careful. From what I've heard (I'm not a doctor/scientist) you need to prepare the food properly. Pressure cook it (for example) to destroy any possible toxins in them. I wish you recovery! Search in the Google: "Elevate Your Energy with High Frequency Foods". I can't post the link here but it's the second link from the top.

I have been managing an autoimmune disorder for 15 years and have tried everything from vegan, to AIP, to nutritarian, to keto, and just started carnivore three weeks ago. Carnivore is the only diet that has reduced my symptoms significantly. I feel better than I have in years. It is so counterintuitive because we’ve been conditioned to think fruits and veggies are essential. But maybe not for some people 🤷‍♀️. So happy for you that you are feeling better and have found something that is helping ❤️🙏

That's awesome, it's only going to keep better too! We definitely have been conditioned through marketing to believe that, but as it turns out there isn't a single vitamin or mineral we can't get through animal products. Plants are completely optional. We've been conditioned to believe plants were not only required, but they have no downside, when again in reality, there are many problems caused by plants. I wish the conversation would be more honest about the pros and cons of plants.

C A I am plant free. I refuse to eat another salad. I used to be keto and ate a lot of salad! Dr. Berg swore by that. But I Felt horrible! I stopped following Berg because of that and other more personal reasons. He's church of Scientology and he gives a huge portion of his UA-cam money, which has been millions of 💰💵 already towards that so I want no part of that.

I was led to keto by HS in 2016, then carnivore in 2019. I have been on and off, and feel this was Devine intervention again as I sit with hives yet one more time because I strayed. This message was for me tonight. Thank-you for your willingness to compassionately share your struggles and success 😇!

It’s the same with me. My brain keeps telling me that I shouldn’t eat the fat. I’m telling it to shut up! Lol I tried all of those diets, too, with no success. I listened to other people’s journeys, and how they healed being a vegan or on AIP and I just didn’t understand it, because I felt worse. I began to think there was something in vegetables, that didn’t agree with me. Then I read Dr. Gundry‘s book, and found out that there were things in fruit and vegetables that didn’t agree with some people. Cameron and Matt’s video on Carnivore made me research it and I started it last week. I should’ve taken it slower, though, because I found out that oxalates and me don’t like each other. I had terrible, abdominal cramping and diarrhea, so I’m backing off a bit and reducing my carbs gradually while I’m adding more fat. Hopefully it won’t take too long, but I’ve seen that some people have oxalate dumping for quite a while, as they stored up a lot of oxalates in their system while they’ve been eating a “healthy” diet. I’m glad it’s going so well for you! Praying for your continued healing🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I’ve been on carnivore for a month and taking a DAO enzyme for histamines and I’ve been seizure free ever since… for the first time I’ve had hope. Thank you for your witness! Please please please don’t start adding in anything yet. 3 months of carnivore is not enough time for someone with your severe health issues. Ruminant meats, beef, butter, eggs. Lamb and beef are excellent for healing and need to be the staples. Take care, God bless and don’t rush the process. Give it at least a year. Meat and animal fat are so healing!! Especially ruminant meats.

I had skin probs all my life, but carnivore/ketovore cleared it up completely. I feel so much better and don't take that handful of OTC meds everyday like I used to. Give it a good try. First couple of days I noticed I didn't need antacid and stopped snoring...felt calm. after a week I didn't need pain meds. I think that it was sugar inflammation though. (took getting off ALL sweet supps...including monk fruit/stevia) I think a period of healing for your body is more the rule than the exception. Ketoflu happens when your body adjusting to using different fuel source.

Stephanie, I have battled severe psoriasis for about 15 years...many attempts to clear it with docs and creams/meds to no avail. I was vegetarian last year for about 9 months and got WORSE!! I learned about carnivore about 7 months ago and switched my eating overnight. I was that convinced after listening to dozens of video testimonials and the carnivore docs. I would say that 90 days may not be enough of a commitment if you have severe skin issues. I saw minor improvements at 90 days (much less itching/flaking), and was admittedly a bit disheartened, but kept going. I mean, what did I have to lose when everything else was a fail?? Around 6 months in, I began to see more significant changes, with my own healthy skin beginning to peep through. Carnivore is NOT that hard and I don't miss the veggies that I loved and enjoyed all my life. I have lost around 20 lbs, but that wasn't the goal. I hope and pray you make a firm commitment to do it for yourself, don't give up if you feel "it's taking too long", and let your body have the time it needs to heal on the inside so you can see the results on the outside. Blessings!

I do best Carnivore and I’m mostly with a few veggies now and then. 29 years ago my sister passed with colon cancer. She struggled most of her life with digestive issues. The only time she was healthy and could gain weight was when she ate lots of meat. Looking back in the 80s us girls thought we were fat and had to eat salads right? Salad went right through her, sorry for the visual. Carnivore is saving people’s lives. It’s so nice to see a recovery story. I believe she also had celiac disease. I have gluten allergy . 16:04 it seems like you need electrolytes or even just some pink Himalayan salt. You could also use an *Adrenal* supplement. Do you have enough salt in your diet? And have you ever taken any kind of Adrenal supplement?
My daughter suffered from POTS a while back. She looked into it and just found out that she needs to increase her salt, and in particular pink Himalayan salt. Electrolytes would also work for you.
I remember, we were at Mass one day and she felt like she was going to pass out. So I just told her to sit down and actually lay down. She needed to put her head down because her blood pressure dropped, blood pooled to her feet, so before her body would drop on its own to bring the blood back to her head, she could just lay down herself to bring the blood back to her head. At the end of the Mass, I asked Father if he could bring us some water. I'll never forget him running to the back of the church to get some bottled water. Someone even stopped him to talk to him and he said, I can't right now, and he kept running to get her the water! 🤣 Father Joshua at SJC is the best!
My daughter always brings her water with her everywhere she goes. I don't know why this time she didn't bring it with her. She had left it in the car.
My daughter was actually the one who started Keto. I joined her just to show support. And that's how I started my Keto journey. I didn't have any reason to start it. But when I did and then eventually I went to carnivore, the Chronic pain that I had in my neck was gone. I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis years ago, and before that I had chronic pain for decades. But with Carnivore, the pain is no longer!

I just stumbled upon your video while looking for carnivore videos... I was sharing your video and your carnivore story with a friend of mine, and praying with you.... then realized all of a sudden you last name, then remember you said your husband was recording.... and it hit me, YOUR HUSBAND IS MATT FRAD!!!! HAHA! I watch his stuff to learn apologetics etc all the time. SUCH a small world. SO Glad to have stumbled on your channel. I've been struggling on carnivore bad, but you are giving me so much confidence and motivation to stick to it, for my wife, for my children..... Because as a man I don't breast feed (obviously), but in a different way I provide life through work, through protection, through service, through my own health to tend to the whatever needs my family has.... and in that way your idea of breast feeding late at night, and uniting it with "This is my body which I offer up for you" literally brought me to tears. THAT is what Jesus wants us to do, to pick up our cross and follow Him daily, not just in works, but how we treat our bodies! And if giving up satiating food, to ensure good health physically and mentally by any control I possibly have, then I must sacrifice and give my body willingly for the good of my wife and children... YOU have turned a 1.5 year Journey of trying to find my rhythm with carnivore into an AHA! Moment. You are truly blessed. A little background, I did carnivore for 3 months last year in the summer and haven't felt better in my life! Since then I've been addicted to sugar, gained 30+ pounds and have just been an awful mess emotionally and physically and mentally. Cameron, thank you for your story & witness for Ehlers Danlos sufferers. You’ve come a long way. I pray for your continued & complete healing.
One thing to add- you may want to consider testing for the MTHFR gene mutation. Many EDS patients also suffer (far too long) with this. Often, supplements with methylfolate (not regular folate & certainly not folic acid) help on many levels- for metabolism/increased energy, less pain, and overall wellbeing. May be reasonable to consider.

It makes sense that carnivore would help given the cause behind EDS. EDS is caused by a genetic variation in the collagen your body makes. Because collagen is essentially the fibrous weave that holds your cells together, this variant explains the loose, easily dislocated joints; the leaky gut problems; and the POTS. Leaky gut leads to all the autoimmune stuff. Because carnivore is very gentle on the gut, it allows for healing from all the inflammation, which means a better barrier within the gut over time. The improved nutrition absorption and the concentrated, quality protein in the setting of a calmed immune system allow for healing of other body systems. Glad to hear it’s working for you. You could likely see continued improvement for months to years as your body gradually heals. The source of EDS is genetic, so you can never get rid of it, but you can adapt by avoiding the modern processed food diet like the plague it is. Praying for you and your family for those days when it’s all too much, but thank you for the lessons that your tenacity and openness give the rest of us.

I have read that seeds and grains can be attributed to leaky gut issues. Interestingly they are pushed as a healthy options in breads, cereals etc. Our microbiome affects so many other systems in our bodies which most of us are unaware of. We need to educate ourselves.

Judy Cho (@NutritionwithJudy), Dr. Shawn Baker (@DrShawnBakerPodcast), Dr. Anthony Chaffee (@anthonychaffeemd), and many others have lots of content and shared stories of profound health improvement with dietary change and guidance on how to best implement the diet. The diet does take a a change in outlook, and I often say I now eat to live; I don't live to eat. I had major gut issues , tried loads of diets , felt best on a super high fat diet, red meat dominant diet. But still had joint pain, constant migraines and chronic fatigue , memory issues, visual disturbances, postural hypertension, and mega gut issues ..all that jazz , I did a 10 day water fast (with fasting salts added to my water -electrolytes) also had herbal tea and one black coffee , and since that I have felt so much better!! The main difference so far has been no migraines!! And the fatigue is gone , the weakness has gone , joint pain gone, it’s been amazing , I can also tolerate so much more food! I reintroduced different foods and can now have loads more bread, eat lots more veg and can even tolerate sourdough! Had some couscous the other day and that wasn’t an issue either!
To put it simply, your body thinks your dying (because you’re starving) and it breaks down faulty cells and regenerates lovley new ones so that you are a superhuman who can go hunt down some food( think cave man- anthropologically, we are adapted for famine and feast)
Super important that when you come off the fast you refeed in a very careful way , bone broth followed by meat and fat, nothing that will spike your blood glucose and insulin .
After 3days if you had a potato you would end up in A&E so then it’s just a mental game (very boring) but the results have been incredible!

Thank you for sharing this update. Having health problems that doctors can’t diagnose is so hard. I have been sick for 18 years and have no answers. This is how I learned there are more options than the standard Western medical system. I found the carnivore community by accident and now you. I believe I was divinely directed to you and specifically to this update. Eating healthy is always beneficial. In my quest to find answers I also have already eliminated many things from my diet or I have tried other very specific diets. This included vegetarian and elimination diets. I would suggest that the answer to the carnivore diet over the previous diets is that it is optimal and that your mitochondria are functioning as they should. The evidence of healthy mitochondria is improving health. You do grow new bone and healthier organs gain mass as well which can be reflected on the scale without gaining body size from added adipose (fat) tissue. I have been lowering carbs in general but I have not yet tried going strictly carnivore. My plan is to give it a try. Just lowering the carb load has already reduced the inflammation that I carry. Prayers for you over the holidays. I know it will be a struggle for me too. We have a family full of great cooks and bakers, and they all like to celebrate the holidays in a big way.

I had a baby while carnivore after 3.5 years of infertility. He was an actual miracle. I took a 2 year hiatus from carnivore after getting the diagnoses and tried to add foods back in. Needless to say, I'm back carnivore for almost 3 months now because my NaPro and my EDS doctors both instructed me to. Praise God~ & I do, every day. SO many people have given all glory to God for intervening, answering prayer, in some way leading them to eating this way. I began to notice these references a couple years back, so I started an informal poll of sorts. Of the people I asked- & who responded- it was a resounding "YES" in answer to whether or not they felt God's hand in this.
Not only is this hugely encouraging, it also reminds us that He is most surely interested in even the smallest of details, as we may perceive them. We can boldly approach His throne with confidence, knowing God has the answers before we form the question!

So happy carnivore is working for you, Cameron! I too wanted to recommend it to you a while back, but heard that you already tried it unsuccessfully. I love carnivore for how it changed everything for me, although I didn't suffer nearly as much as you.
I've always had GI and skin issues, depressive and anxious tendencies, low energy, cold/heat/stress intolerance. About ten years ago, things have accelerated: my body started to become very stiff in my muscle, joints, bones (at 30, I felt like an 80-year-old), I would get random joint pain, my muscles would always hurt as if after a hard workout, I was always sleeping yet still tired, working out became too exhausting, my eyes and skin were inflamed, my nerves were on the edge, I had discomfort in my pelvic region.
Carnivore took all of that away pretty quickly. Now my mind and body feel even better than in my childhood. Apparently, I am not a melancholic/depressive type as I always thought of myself (it was just nutritional deficiencies). My body is extremely flexible and strong without much effort (in the past, I had to spend so much time on fitness just to feel ok and to maintain muscle). I figured that all the stiffness and joint issues were due to oxalate overload. My Dexa scan now shows my bone mineralization is off the charts (about 5 years ago, I had signs of osteoporosis). I don't just tolerate cold and heat, I enjoy cold plunges and saunas:). My sweet tooth is officially gone! Now, it's been three years on carnivore and things are still changing for the better.
My first year I really didn't know what I was doing. I was so afraid of getting a heart attack:)). Also, I was trying to do everything perfect -- grass-fed, mostly beef, lots of fat and organs (which I craved at the time). I was afraid to do something wrong, so I followed experts' advice, like adding fruit and honey (bad advice), even more organs, avoided poultry, seafood, pork for various reasons. It was exhausting and limiting. I felt ravenous for about two years and ate around the clock. Then I started eating the things I was craving without worrying about it being organic or grass-fed or if it has the right omegas ratio, etc. (thanks to Ken Berry and Judy Cho). It was just chicken wings and Korean short rib for a while:). No more organs for me except an occasional piece of liver. Now I enjoy mostly lean steaks except when I am craving a stick of butter:). Sometimes it's a full day of Greek yogurt with whey protein. Basically, no more rules, just eating for the sake of eating and as close to zero carbs as possible. Maybe that's what stabilized my appetite and hormones finally, or maybe my body finally topped its nutritional reserves. Now, I go about 6 hours in between meals naturally and eat only twice a day most days. For me personally, it's such freedom not to think about food all the time. Also, I kind of lost interest in eating for pleasure - I am ok with just a bowl of cold leftover ground beef:). So no longer do I have to exercise my willpower when it comes to food. Cookies are no longer calling to me:)). But I can have my potatoes or ice-cream or mango if I really want to with no real issues once in while.
I say all that to give you encouragement on your carnivore journey as things will be mostly going up and down for a while, but the longer you go, the more improvements you will have (even in the areas you didn't think needed improving) and the more stable the results will be. I am still amazed at what it's doing to me even after three years!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and other health issues. After having great success with keto, losing a large amount of weight, and a reduction inflammation and pain, this new year I switched up to carnivore. Today is day 7 of eating beef, chicken, pork, eggs and dairy. I eat 2 meals a day, feel great, and have dropped 11 lbs. When I check my macros, the huge amount of fat does worry me slightly. But a couple of days ago I came across some videos warning of the risk of oxalate dumping by going carnivore, with awful side effects, and to be honest, it is scaring me. They strongly recommend tapering off oxalates slowly. So before I rush out to buy salads and veg, can I ask if you experienced oxalate dumping?

@@cinnamon-spice I'm excited for you! I'm not sure if I had the oxalate dumping. I definitely expected it, since oxalates are my main problem, but the list of possible symptoms is so broad and vague that I could never attribute any of my symptoms specifically to oxalate dumping. In the beginning and from time to time, I had some digestive issues and some joint stiffness, but I've had those for years before going carnivore and much more intense. If anything, those symptoms would typically appear with oxalate consumption and quickly go away after a day or two of eating only meat. Although I believe that oxalate dumping is a possibility, I don't think it is usually as dramatic. It seems like a bit of fear mongering to me. Do what makes more sense to you and what's appropriate for your personality. "Cold turkey" was perfect for me, but the slow transition is supposedly better:)).

I’ve been keto for 8 mos and have transitioned to Ketovore over the past 2 months and have lost 65 lbs and feel better than I’ve felt in my entire life!
61 yr old male, was morbidly obese at 292 lbs and am now 227 lbs. Have reversed my Type 2 diabetes (A1C was 8 and is now 5.6), reversed my high blood pressure, IBS, depression and anxiety, horrible acid reflux/herd is gone, and the chronic arthritis in my knees that felt like bone on bone pain went away after only a few weeks on Keto (and I was still 290 lbs, so it wasn’t the weight loss, it was the elimination of sugar and industrial seed oils)…
I’ve continued to improve my health with the conversion from keto to ketovore (approx 10-15 total grams of carbs per day) and may go full carnivore at some point but I really feel great so having some occasional berries, nuts, cheese and veg in moderation has worked for me.
Based on your story, I firmly believe that like Mikaela Peterson, your severe auto immune condition would def benefit most by adopting a strict carnivore (or even lion) diet to help out your medical issues into full remission.
Remember, it took Mikaela several years to feel better so just be patient and best of luck in your health and wellness journey. God bless you and your family. 😊

We've been eating meat-based for a few years now, and I fully agree with your statement saying to "give it more time". There are many benefits & changes that take place in the first 30/60/90 days, to be sure. Yet even more after 6 mo's/9 mo's/a year~ and it continues from there on, in our experience. Not only health markers, autoimmune, & chronic conditions fading or disappearing, but also things like autophagy, body composition, & physical strength & endurance~ to name a few. One of the most noticeable for me has been the mental clarity & ability to multi-task like never before. Deeper, more rejuvenating sleep~ the list goes on & on.
As for any actual "tips & tricks", the one thing I wish I'd been told at the beginning is to be mindful that this is an individual experience, regardless of the universal truths involved. It's not necessary to do it the way everyone else is doing it, or to follow one specific formula. My best advice is to continue consulting God in every detail~ this was huge for me, as I tend to think I should have certain things figured out by now, or that I'm simply not doing some aspect correctly~ that sort of thing. When I ask Him into even the smallest detail, I tend to receive the same peace & guidance that I get when it's something really "huge" in my mind, a critical or heavy circumstance, etc.
The only other thing I'd add is to remain open & flexible, as your needs will change as your body/health & wellness change. It stands to reason that it would be so, right? As time goes on, I've become more & more tuned in to what my body is trying to convey as far as protein, fat, exercise, & rest requirements, meaning what might need refining or backing off of a bit. For example, when I first started I was exercising heavily yet unable to consume enough fuel to meet the energy output demands. It took a full year for me to work up to getting in enough fat & protein in a day, after decades of eating 3-5 tiny meals (grazing) of low fat/high fiber foods. So I cut back the exercise, increased the fat while I was slowly increasing protein. To this day, I still eat more fat than protein, as that's what works for me. Others do better on less~ of either, fat or protein~ & those ratios can vary based on the day, time of month, or how far into this lifestyle a person is.
Okay, I've taken up half the comment section now~ so I'll leave room for others😂 ~I just get so excited hearing from people who are experiencing all the goodness that we have, & are continuing to. Glad to come across yet another forum in which folks can share, learn and encourage one another...just wonderful.

I’m excited to see you at SEEK again! My friend and I were so grateful to meet you last year. We both struggle with autoimmune issues and it has been difficult for others in our lives to understand or believe the suffering of autoimmune diseases when we look outwardly healthy. Your chronic illness episode with your husband and your talk at SEEK were transformative for the friends in my life to start understanding what life with autoimmune can look like. I know that they are so grateful and I can’t thank you enough for speaking about it. I don’t do a carnivore diet, but last spring I began slowly increasing beef in my diet and there is definitely improvement. Continuing to make slow changes to see what works. God bless you! Lastly, I’m praying for your sister. That news hit home for me when you announced it. My older sister who was the pinnacle of athleticism and health was diagnosed with Stage 4B lymphoma while pregnant. Praise God my niece and sister are both healthy now but the memory of the suffering is still so tangible. I’m sorry hear about this and will be praying for your family!

Trust me when I say this Don't take it the wrong way either but just jump in and eliminate everything but meat. I tried it your way and all you do is make it 10 times harder. It's not that difficult after a week and the rewards away the negatives tenfold. Eliminate all that stuff cold turkey today And you'll really see the benefits

I would have to say that liver has been one of the most important supplements that I've used for EDS. Copper is the key here. It's necessary for the production of healthy connective tissue. If a person has copper dysregulation on top of EDS genetic factors it's going to create a mess. Inflammation causes copper dysregulation. Certain nutrients can cause a dysregulation. So a dysregulation is when you aren't able to use your copper properly and/or aren't getting enough of a bioavailable source (which is meat and highest in liver). So if you can't use it properly, it becomes toxic and it's creates this vicious inflammatory cycle. Increasing inflammation while the inflammation causes the dysregulation. Liver has the most bioavailable form of copper. But not only that it has a lot of vitamin A that increases your bodies ability to use copper. So meat can help a lot, but getting liver in there will work miracles for your joints, as well as your pots symptoms. Copper is needed for mitochondria health and poor mitochondria health causes electrolyte dysregulation. Sorry, dumping a whole lot of info here.
But my joints are soooo different now. My whole life I've been so lose everywhere. While I still have significant hypermobility, I don't have such loose and, especially painful joints. I've done carnivore for a couple weeks, and I did dairy and I think dairy is a bad idea. I had way too much of it. 😂 And I just gained weight and had a lot of inflammation. So I plan on going on a meat based diet come the new year without any dairy. But, I've had so many grains without even having to go severely strict on a diet. The other game changes has been lowering my gastro infection load. And I think that's one of the biggest benefits of carnivore, but I managed to do that with the infamous controversial Chlorine Dioxide therapy. It got rid of all my mast cell symptoms!

I’m so sorry to hear about what your sister is going through, and will pray for her. I wonder if she’s read about the work of Dr. Thomas Seyfried at Boston College? He uses a metabolic approach to target cancer (which can be done in addition to the standard treatments like chemo/radiation), and has published case reports of patients, including with brain cancer, who have had remarkable success with it.
As to being a carnivore through the holidays: I might make a rare exception (although never for seed oils, food colorings, weird preservatives or emulsifiers, non-specific ‘flavorings’ in ingredient lists, etc.-nothing made by scientists in labs or refineries), but I’ll stay mostly carnivore. The best trick is to be full. Eat meat before you attend any event likely to have tempting food, and it’ll be so much easier. And try to ask yourself, “Is this worth the consequences? Is it worth the joint pain?” I also have EDS/joint pain, and this is how I talk myself out of bad decisions when I’m not too depressed. (Sometimes the angel of health on my shoulder does lose. The consequences then serve as lessons for the future.)

I suffer from a brain injury and subsequent chronic fatigue. I've tried to do keto, but for some reason I can't go without a little bit of carbs. I get really nauseous otherwise. We are all so different, it takes a lot of experimenting. I'm really happy that you found something that is helping you. I think you look great! You inspire me❤️

Best thing I’ve done with carnivore:
I bought an inexpensive dehydrator on Amazon. Semi freeze a chuck roast with a good bit of fat. Slice thin, place on dehydrator racks, sprinkle with salt & dehydrate for 10 hrs at 150. “Carnivore Crack” by Dr Shawn keeps me going!

Cameron, I’m so glad that I found your channel! However, I’m very sorry to learn about your sister’s brain cancer diagnosis. Coincidentally, there are many UA-camrs who have had great success with treating their brain cancer with a carnivore diet. Dr. Seyfried, from Boston College, also recommends keto/carnivore diet for brain cancer. I’m praying for you and your sister!🙏🏻

I’ve been suffering for over a decade with what started as just Celiac (Duhrings) and morphed into a myriad of food allergies within a matter of several years (postpartum). We now know I have 3 coinfections of Lyme, a house that was riddled with black mold and possibly POTS. I’ve spent so much money on supplements that barely keep me floating…I am so thankful for your interview with Matt-my husband and I will be eating carnivore for the entirety of lent.

    Hey from Brisbane 🇦🇺
I'm 55M, been carnivore for 10 months, and it has been life changing. Lost 25kg so far, reversed t2 diabetes, joints are working better than they have in decades. I'll encourage anyone to learn more, the benefits are numerous.
