I just did one of the guided 30 minute sessions and I just must send my heartfelt gratitude to all who made that possible! I have never had an experience like that after meditating ❤ your experience, your voice and genuine sincerity come through loud and clear. Thank you for all you do!
Dear Arun💓I am enjoying this Pranayama & Meditation class in the morning after my daily Savasana and before open Asana class. Are you please able to post a slightly longer one with 4 rounds of kabalaphati and 15 mins silent meditation? I did find your large group video of 90 mins however, this is a little too long for morning routine. Thank you so much🐕for considering 😊 it💖🙏Hari Om Tat Sat
First of all thank you so much for the video. I learnt pranayama in the Satyananda Chennai Center and I have been struggling to practice regularly without guidance. This is super helpful. Two questions 1. I am having trouble sitting for 20 mins as I had a recent surgery in my thigh(1 year back and the flexibility is a little less) and I do not feel comfortable sitting in a chair. Can I use a back support to sit on the floor as I feel one side of my back is getting tense if I sit for 20 minutes without support? 2. During the 7-8 minutes of meditation at the end, I find that my mind wanders so much. I was told to be aware of my breathing in such situations. Is there anything else apart from that I can do to increase my awareness of my inner space and silence?
Thank you for practicing with us. 1. yes, it is good to use a cushion to sit on and if needed a little back support in the beginning. As you practice regularly, your body will become stronger. It is also good to have a regular asana practice along with pranayama and meditation. Asana is the main step to prepare the body physically for long sitting durations of pranayama and meditation. We have many classes on our channel, you can use them to practice daily. 2. It is normal for the mind to wander. That is why we practice pranayama before meditation to help us focus. You can continue to focus on the breath. Allow the mind to wander. Don't engage with the thoughts. The thoughts will come and go, just let it be. You continue to sit, and breathe. The mind will quieten when you stop giving it attention, just like a child :) Hope this helps! Om Shanti
Thank you for this practice I am really enjoying it. I was wondering is there any way I can find the prayers in English? I would like to know what he is saying. Love, light and blessings 💚 Namaste 🙏🏽✨

I beg to differ. I think this video is too powerful, and takes one's soul to another level of peace.
