what type of material works best? should it be a stretchy fabric?

Im sorry, i feel like I missed something. To me it looked like the measurements for the steering wheel was 31 inches. Am I wrong or did I miss something? Can you explain please?

I'm using a mini model of a steering wheel in the video. Make sure to measure yours, fyi the average steering wheel is about 45-46 inches

this is very cute, use it to protect your leather from the sun
but please god do not drive with this
even with full grip on the steering wheel, some collisions are unavoidable
do not drive on hard mode with a slippery steering wheel
