Thanks for this. I think I will put the hook in the middle and join the ends with a snap closure. I think it will be safer in case I get my keys caught in something and I need a quick release.
@@HelloSewing oh ok. Thank you. But now I just looked and it actually says 3/4” lobster clamp. I’m trying to order clips and am not sure what size to get.

Hola realizaste 2 tiras y luego las unidte cierto?
Great!
How much fabric should I ask for to make this?
Youll need 36.5″ x 3″ long strip of cotton fabric
Would this work with a scarf material made of polyester?
Probably not. Cotton is better
Definitely use cotton
Where do you order the clips?
A year later you are still waiting for your answer. I hope you found Google/Amazon common sense during that time. LOL
What size of clip is that?
1 inch wide, check out the link to my site

Either will work. Buy 3/4" wide to make it the same as the one in the tutorial
@@HelloSewing gotcha. Ok thanks so much! Great tutorial too. Makes it look simpler.
Hello. May I know what's the size of your needle? I'm afraid if we keep folding the fabric, it will damage my sewing machine's needle.
Its just my standard universal needle. Nothing special. It's not that thick
How to wash your lanyard please
In the washing machine, then air dry
