Josh, the trick is to shower normal (hot/warm) to open your pore..etc. while warm use soap and shampoo as normal. finish shower with 30 seconds (minimum) to 2min+ of water on FULL cold. glad to see the mx5 ripping and the driver commitment to push through corners like that (: keep it up m8

Seat time is the biggest key right here. I would chucked a set of semi slicks on for the last few laps just to see where the car stands on grip and speed but thats just my opinion. But epic to see the car back and josh actually confident behind the wheel of it. More seat time and him and that car will be a force

You know Josh you can start your shower with warm water 💧 and turn it to cold 🥶 💯👌🤙 And you don't need a shower everyday it's a waste of water and bad for your skin and hair 🤦♂️

the trick josh is to have a warm shower then turn the hot off for 30 seconds to wake yourself up, well I prefer it that way anyway.
