See the steps taken to produces this lino-cut print. The process starts with the idea. I work up some thumbnail ideas in a sketchbook. An idea is chosen and a refined drawing is made to the size of the Linoleum plate. I airbrush the plate black with India ink and then transfer the drawing to the plate. Just the basic shapes are transfered. Most of the drawing details are made with the cutting.
