    Good review gents.
Something you might have mentioned: i've got one of these brilliant cars as a company option. Because it does over 40 miles in electric mode it qualifies for reduced Benefit In Kind of just 8%, so this fine car costs me approx £120 per month in tax and i have no range anxiety! Marvellous!
And i do a lot of miles, and this is the most comfortable car I've ever had. My last two cars were a Volvo V60 and a BMW 320i M Sport, and i'm not looking back.

Great car, the plug on works well and I use every day. My mileage mpg over 158 miles was 66mpg at motorway speeds. Only one issue to point out the passenger seat has no height adjustment.

Hi you two, thanks for this video. I’ve got one of these great cars and just love it. It is everything I expected, and more. Fully electric running around town, which is my usual lifestyle and ideal for my regular trips to and from our holiday home. On my most recent 250mile trip I managed 67.5mpg. We have an EV charger (7kw) installed at home as our last car was an ID.3 and charge on Octopus at 9.5p kW. Every charge takes the car upto 48miles range (it’s 2months old). This is by far the best decision I made in recent years - it was originally because of the Toyota tie-in as a long term RAV4 user. I lease the car and it was £165 per month cheaper than the equivalent RAV4, as it was pre-registered, so a no brainer for leasing. Incidentally it was £1.50 per month more than my ID3 and I get 2k more miles. All the driving modes are very easy to understand and use but the best thing is leaving it in auto mode.

Hey Roy, thanks for sharing this info. This is Great and shows just how great the car can be. The MPG sounds great that you have achieved! There are some incredible lease deals out there and it sounds like you got an absolute bargain on this! Really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a comment and sharing your experience with the car. It really helps others who are looking to Lease or buy this model. So thanks again 🤗

You’re missing the point gents. The value proposition is nuts. They depreciate a grand a month for the first 18 months. I know this because I’ve just bought an 18 month old one for 30k. That’s approved used btw,so with more warranty remaining then a brand new Hyundai

Sounds like you got yourself a bit of a bargain there. Also they seem to come up well on some lease deals as others have said they have managed to get a decent one cheaper than a rav 4 so that would make sense as a lease too when they come up. Appreciate you sharing with us and leaving us a comment 🤗

I did get a bargain I hope, but there are more on autotrader, same price as a 72 Corolla mid spec that’s only lost £5k in the same time. It’s Barmy.

Thanks for a good review which I would largely agree with from my recent experience. Yes it is very expensive at full retail but it certainly can be excellent value as a used car, if you look carefully, compared to a Toyota RAV 4 which essentially it is apart from the front styling and various Suzuki badges and symbols plus some other minor variations. I believe that it is also built on the same production line in Japan as the Toyota. I was able to pick up a 9 month old approved used car with very low mileage for £31.000 - the nearest RAV 4 equivalent was around £8-9000 more. There are of course older examples available back to 2020 but all seem to be much better value than the Toyota version. The warranty is now fairly similar to the Toyota service dependent warranty although it is 7 years rather than 10 years. On a recent long trip (over 1000 miles averaging 65 -70MPH. without any electric charging ( except for a little engine based charging ) it averaged 50MPG. On a 300 mile journey averaging 55-65MPH it achieved 58MPG. All pretty good for a very heavy car. Currently the electric range on a full charge is up to 53 miles. The main disadvantage with it is the same as the Toyota RAV 4 PHEV = the much higher Road tax amount.

Noone talks about the tyres.. everything has these stupid great big tyres, usually alloys.. hit a pothole and you've got thousands of pounds in damages.. trying to get steel rims with high tyre walls is nigh on impossible. Who does off road in alloys?? It's like everyones forgotten the purpose of a 4x4.
