I use Schaffer‘s 5W-40 in my VW PD TDI to help the cam shaft. Their additive package is excellent. I also use Neutra fuel treatment, #274 grease, Citrol cleaner, and even Supreme 7000 TC-W3 in my chainsaws!
I live in Hot Springs, SD- not too far from you. I have a 2001 F250 Superduty with the 7.3 Powerstroke. It has 325k miles on it. I've been using Rotella T4, but as I learn more I realize that I could do much better. I haul water and the occasional heavy load, but usually only put about 5k miles on my rig in a year. Which oil would you recommend for my truck? Thank you!
You say use only OEM oil filter but you sell the K&P stainless oil filter which i brought one from you guys but im somewhat nervous about installing it??
I know a guy with a hotshot. Fuel filter, oil and oil filter every 15,000 miles. Shaffers in everything, just over 400,000 trouble free miles.
