@JAG6.7 no sir it doesn't you can daily that turbo on stock fuel but you do have room for bigger fuel at some point if you wanted to go bigger.
@ what are you recommending for a 2020 f350 for turbo
@JAG6.7 these don't fit on the 2020. If you're trying to stay VGT look at the Turbo Time or BD Screamer options on our website. If you want non vgt go with the No Limit Precision Turbo setup

I just installed the 2.0 w/res and the 2.0 stabilizer, I honestly don’t feel a significant improvement. Is it possible to adjusted them? If so how. The only instructions I got is installation

Missed the most important point, low fuel pressure will destroy your injectors.
We talk about that in about 100 other videos on our channel my man. Yup you are correct I missed that pointer on this video though.
My 06 6.0 has a powermax turbo it always whistled at idle untill saturday and now it rubles at idle and is slugish but builds more boost then it used to im going to change that sensor and see if it helps
I’d like one of those. I’d have to find a different place for the gauge. I can’t put gauges on my A pillar.

Informative video, Agree this looks to be the best path. Any benefit to also install their internal catch can too… on SPE video he indicates you can run both.

I remember telling that kid Clayton jokingly how bad he fucked up when he bought his first 6.0 like 5 yrs ago. lol Now he's no longer a kid bolting on overpriced sinister blue crap.to a ford with over 300k on the OD But now just a few yrs hes grown into a real Guru not just a decent mechanic knowledgeable with older 6.0s. But all platforms and even wrenching higher end custom shit now.

Your comment saying you expect them to last several years ? does not seem long enough , my originals on a 06 are still good at 73K Was there a first version that failed and had to be redone ?
@bktrx250 73k miles isn't that many miles. When I state several years I mean 100k miles plus. Your OEM original ones have orings that were made with quality. OEM replacements today are not made with the same quality so that's where aftermarket steps in and produces a quality replacement that we can expect to last 100k plus.

I’d like to see a side by side comparison before switching from rotella t6. I mean the rotella has just been fantastic for years, we’ve always used it in most of our diesel applications, this new stuff doesn’t have that evidence and backing behind it.

Really sucks to see as it used to be some of the best. I’m now looking into this Schaeffers, or maybe Redline even though it’s incredibly expensive. Anyways, can’t wait to see the side by side comparison! Love your guys videos

I was following you till you said Rotella is junk . And one of my 7,3 currently has Shaffer oil right now but Rotellais not junki have many diesel here with over 12 000 engine hours all dino rotella . When i sold oil and i could get customer to follow me from Delo to citgo then Rotella . After Rotella could not make them switch any more. That said i like Schaefer oil. Did you know rotella dino was popular in Porsche and Ferrari and motorcycles even though it was not made for them the reason was the base oil was a almost synthetic quality even in the 80s. It was created to work on all combustion army vehicles and even small engine with wet clutches they created it with the best of everything available at that time. The reason exotic car used this commonly is the way it can handle the turbo bearing heat better than other oil before many synthetic were popular. My two 7,3 are not high enough mileage to claim to much they are currently at 400k miles each with all day idle common for ac and heat on jobs i clear land. The machines now they have the hours to prove that i can not easily wear them out in my lifetime on Dino Rotella by the barrels.
@Bayoucityconstruction rotella back 8ish years ago was great. Then they changed a lot and we noticed this change in the heui trucks and because of that MANY if not all heui injector builders will not warranty injectors that have been ran with rotella and yes we can tell a difference from quality oil to the rotella of say 2016-currrent

@@BlessedPerformance I have done injectors on both since 2016 . Back when I bought the first 94 power stroke on the lot rotella was the only oil that ran smoothly not delo not motorctaft. Things can change.

@@rcwildman9255 the hot side pipe is designed to work with single and compound turbo setups. We haven't had a single complaint to date. Are you able to email us your pictures?

I’ve tried 3 separate days on and off just incase I wasn’t loosing my mind about it 😅 it’s to the point now it’s starting to loose its powder coating because I’ve installed and removed so many times
While the castings may be made in another country.. my only concern is the casting materials vs usa materials. And I constantly see foreign materials fail faster than usa materials.. and if anyone has an idea why. Idk if they have the same standards or quality etc.. I know in the snow plowing world. Alot of people are turning away from oe metals when replacing cutting edges and mounting hardware.

The 6.4L is slept on, it’s essentially a 6.0l on steroids with common rail and compounds. Either way I enjoy both engines despite their issues
So you can run the higher pressure adrenaline pump with stock injectors. I’d rather put the bigger one in so I can upgrade injectors in the future

Please expand on real world differences between this (SXE-R) vs standard SXE. If quicker spool, how many RPM's quicker? How much more top end power over SXE or even the bigger 64.5 SXE. This is great info, but a little bit more might help decision making. The SXE is already a billet wheel. Would be great to have some pros/cons of the SXE-R. Thanks!
@bradleymchan honestly it's hard to remember every single talking point because when we make a video it always sparks more questions lol. That being said the SXE-R truly has zero cons only a higher price is the only con. They spool great down low and move more air up top so more power. This turbo on stock fuel make 645 on our dyno in Dagans 6.7 Powerstroke

I thought the 03/04 EBP was inferred? I've had the same sensor in my 03 from factory until now. Never been changed, cleaned, or ever had a code. Never had the tube cleaned either..

Mounting the s2r odawgs and the bullet proof oil cooler. My issue is I can’t plug in the injectors on passengers side.
You don't have to pull the turbo to remove intake manifold! I do oil cooler job for much cheaper because I leave the turbo on.

I know this is an old video but I have a 03 I want to get this with the edge monitor like what you have once you load it onto the truck do you have to keep it plugged in or can I throw it into the glove box. Also if I don’t have the quick change how do I set up the edge monitor and also have the tunes as well since they both plug into the obd
