@@livingincharlottenorthcarolina I’ve been great, thanks! My job in California is currently preventing me from returning to Charlotte, but, I vow to do so at some point! Hopefully, it won’t be ruined like swaths of California have been by the time I return!
I live in Raleigh NC, and I wonder if you have anything within the Raleigh area as my wife still has a good job in Raleigh but I'm retired. My wife wants to buy a new detached condo or townhouse within our area after we are able to sell our current townhouse here in Raleigh NC. By the way, what's the cost of the home shown in this video. By the way, I hate bathtubs as an old man, I prefer a simple shower enclosed with doors for ease of use. Thank you.
Hey there I have a partner in Raleigh who could help. I will say pricing is all over the place but there is certainly opportunity out there. I feel you, I shower mostly BUTTTTT I love a nice bath with a book and red wine lol
Salaries are increasing across the board which is a win! But the industries are varying a lot. Healthcare is increasing, as is engineering and construction. but there are many many more
Luxury in our area can be anything from the finishes that come standard to the overall sales price. It is a feeling you get when you walk in the door. Toll Brothers is one of the best in the business and this community does bring luxury at a mid range price
These look like the same cul-de-sac, garage houses every development builds in the Charlotte area. I despise cookie-cutter, car dependent developments that are everywhere in the Charlotte area. Charlotte complains about traffic, but continues to allow these horrible developments to be built creating horrible designed roads with bad taste houses. Move out of the 90’s people.
All depends on desires. We are a major city so builders will build where they can provide the best bang for the buck, convenience and opportunity. There are options outside the city as well, but most aren't bothered by the traffic given its minor compared to other parts of the country and other major cities. I do appreciate charlotte keeps updating the roads to keep up, but growth in the 5th most popular city in the US is inevitable :)
@@livingincharlottenorthcarolina I think that is the problem with Charlotte they are sprawling the suburbs instead of urban building. Then Charlotte is trying to widen roads creating even more traffic. The best way to combat traffic is to not spend billions to widen roads. “Induced demand” Charlotte needs to learn this term. Cookie-cutter developers cause induced demand.

Could you be any cuter?
And there’s that word again, “Luxury” if you see this word advertising houses, do not buy. The word screams CHEAP built.
