this home is pretty incredible! I think the only thing you would run into as a challenge is the location. While it is on the lake, there arent many attractions nearbye. But for those that just want some fun on the lake for the week, this would be a win!
Beautiful home and you gave a great presentation of it. Quick question, at the beginning you said it was the Catawba river behind the house and you also said it was a lake view later on. Is the water behind the house a lake off of the river?
Great question. The Catawba river in this section turns into Lake Wylie. Its an odd spot in that it can be described as either, but there is very little current at all in this area due to the closeness to the large body of the lake itself. So it's lake AND river lol
@@RKM-10 Sadly they are not planning to sell the model for some time as they are using it for the model for their other communities. But hopefully soon... I love it!'
