Hello. I want to soften the force I exert on the throttle grip because I have a particular problem with my wrist. I have oiled the wire rope and all friction points. I am thinking το remove one of the 3 springs. Do you think this is possible? Does the system works with one spring less?
Hello. Great videos!! I am curious to know how are you planning to set up the air intake system. Are you going to remove the airflow meter ? Thank you very much keep up the hood work
Thank you for the kind words, I'll be completely redoing the fuel injection system with a standalone ecu, so the airflow meter and airbox will go in the bin.
Hello brick friend) after refreshing throttle bodies I can’t adjust idle speed at 950+-50 rpm, i have atm 1200-1250. Tried to adjust and syncing every single body by screws which, disconnected tps and nothing change.
Hi buddy, it could be a lot of things, do you have enough slack in the cable? is it hitting the stop? Is your fast idle binding? Have you had a visual look at the butterflies to ensure they're all closing? But it could be something else unrelated to the throttle bodies, is the timing set correctly, what condition are the injectors in? There's loads of things it could be it's almost impossible to diagnose without looking at the bike. I hope you get it sorted.
Hi buddy, some of the early bikes had a vacuum switch on the back side of the throttle bodies. Apparently it adjusted the timing depending on vacuum, but I've heard it makes no difference and you can bin it if you want. Google "k100 vacuum switch" there's a few bits and pieces about it 👍

Hi great video! Can I ask how you cleaned the inside of the throttle bodies to make them that nice and shiny again?
Excellent job! I have subscribed 👍
Hi sir,
I have a air leak on screw that hold the butterfly and mechanism of thortlle line. Can I screw it hard… any help..? Thank you

@@Eight20 injectors cleaned, i guess I forgot to check when assemble throttle bodies closing it enough or not.
Hey mate, any idea what the sensor that plugs on the back side of the butterfly is? just behind and to the left of the throttle position switch?

@@Eight20 awesome! glad you knew. I was pulling my hair out trying to remember where it was going. Thanks for the help
