Tapered roller bearings are mrant to just fall apart when not installed, so if the race looked good, you didn't have to replace it. And when pressing in normal roller bearings, make sure to put in a washer thats big enough to fot on the outer race, otherwise they can prematurely wear out. Other than that enjoyed the video, and left a like.

I know what you're saying the but the new bearing was one piece so the race needed to be removed some the new one could be fitted.

fan of the the finish on the brick. did you diy that with rattle cans or take it to a pro?
Thank you, it's painted with rattle cans but I will be repainting it in the future.
What kind of material did you use for the electrics tray? Did you just cut it to shape by marking it from the bike?
It's 1.5mm aluminium sheet, I took the shape from the original plastic one and extended it back. Really easy to do.

Where did you get the triple tree and steering stem to mount those forks on the bmw?
The triples and stem are standard gsxr 1000 parts, I'm just using the allballs bearing conversion kit.
