    In this Pilates for Knee Strength workout, these low impact pilates exercises are perfect if you suffer from knee pain. We focus on strengthening the muscles around the knees while also finding proper alignment of the knee, leg and hip.
    Maybe you experience regular knee pain after running, or have consistent pain from years of wear and tear. No matter what you're suffering from, this pain is not to be ignored! Do these pilates knee strengthening exercising regularly to find relief from your knee pain.

    I have been doing this workout twice a week for the past 3 weeks and I am in lesser pain around my knees. Thank you for sharing. 💖

    This is the best workout that doesn't hurt the knee groin and still work the quad! Can you make more like this on back and side lying with no pelvic tilts.

    Another good session. This has many familiar exercises and stretches that I recognize from your other videos. I appreciate knowing that strengthening these areas will also aid knee pains that have haunted me much of my life. Thank you Cailin

      There's definitely a combination of strengthening and stretching involved to help with knee pain, so I'm glad that idea came through! I know knee pain is something that so many people deal with, so you are not alone... but you are doing the "work", and that hard work pays off!
