This does look delicious but I am wary of that inevitable slip-slop effect of this sort of sandwich, where all the center ingredients come splooging out with the first bite. I have had no luck preventing this by halving such a sandwich. [shrug]I'll eat it while alone, and in this self-quarantining era, that's a cinch. TFP : )
