  • In this video Vadim Kolganov Master of sports in Sambo and Judo and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach demonstrates full body workout with 2 kettlebells. This it strength endurance workout. At the beginning of this video he gives explanation of the exercises in this circuit. Then there is a short workout for you which you can fallow.

      He mentions it at the very end: 16 kg (but go as heavy/light as you need, though dont aim too heavy since it's more for strength endurance)

    I get pain in my forearm where the kettlebell rests and applies pressure. Particularly during pressing.
    Any suggestions?

      Hi Valeriy. It is quite common to get discomfort or pain in the forearm at the point of contact with kettlebell. Usually it is because of how one holding gripping handle of the kettlebell. What works for me is when I'm holding kettlebell in the "rack" position or above my head during press or snatch I put my hand in the corner of the kettlebell handle and place it in such way on my palm that handle goes from my thumb diagonally to the bottom of my palm. On my next video I will explain it. Thank you for your comment.
