You could film a clock and then add it on top of your footage, scale it down and put it in one of the corners of your frame. Or you could buy a clock clip from a stock footage website and do the same thing. Or you could buy a graphic template of an animated clock and use that. Multiple options really, it just depends on the style you are going for.
