Finally I did my house tour and got it uploaded. Life get busy some times but hey, now you can see how we are living. Watch till the end so you can see my favorite part about our house and how much we pay!

We have those stoves here in Europe, it takes getting use to that's for sure...there are certain pots and pans that work with them. I'm assuming those that came with the place are designed to work with the stove.
Ahh yes I know what pots and stove you talk about. I think they are called induction stoves. But I didn’t have that but when we volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House to cook for the families there, they had those stoves and it was a nightmare.

Moving next year and that’s exactly what my family needs. Comfort is everything and your right it’s still a lot cheaper than what you would pay in the states. If you don’t mind sharing, Could you provide me with your realtors info? I was interested in something on the outskirts of Merida but I wasn’t sure if Uber would be an issue.
Yes Uber does come to where I am at. However I wouldn’t live past or further out. It’s harder to get food delivery and Uber. Also internet is harder to get as well since it’s not developed like the city. Send me a message on IG on my main IG and I’ll shoot your their info. They are both amazing !

Are you able to flush toilet paper in your house? That's the only draw back for me. The house is beautiful!

At new builts yes, you can do
Usually when you can't, it's due to a lack of good infrastructure - in some places by not doing that you'll end up affecting a whole neighborhood. Just a different way of life you have to assume when you move to a different country.
In Mexico, all people who want to be here are welcome, but we make very clear points:
You try to be part of Mexican society and not Americanize areas or towns please try to speak in spanish -its easy-
Mexicans appreciate that any foreigner wants to participate in the country and not only is here cause the cost of living seems convenient.
on the other hand you already forget stereotypes of Mexico that Hollywood has created, we really hate that.
be happy in Mexico and if you can support in the growth of the community it would be excellent.
