This really makes me miss home!!! I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I found Jamie because he was the only chef I saw that knew how to make Bacalhau á Bras, which is a traditional Portuguese dish I wish to make for my hubby (who is Portuguese). I find this British dude to teach me.... lol Now finally he gets to learn how we cook in my home country after years of me learning about his countries food....

Apologies to the Americans, I don't know which areas are the "cowboy" ones, but I'd love to visit and live the cowboy life. I've watched in videos the BBQ pits on the south and I'd be glad if I ever manage to travel there. Plus, I love horses, they are majestic animals.

Dear Jamie. Have you ever heard of Sri Lankan food ? I"m sure our spicy curries will amaze you. For centuries our people have got use to healthy eating. most villagers still do. You might find about 2000 varieties of food cooked in many different ways. Hope you will visit our country some day. Mr. Pubilis Perera is one of the best cooks in our country.

فلفل اسود .كمون هيل.مرحي. تطهى قليلا مع بعض.نضيف ماء دافئ حتى يغطى اللحم نضيف زيتون اخضر متوسط الحجم او صغير الحجم ( رطل) . نضيف جزرتين مقطعتين دوائر .تطهى على نار متوسطة حتى تكثف قليلا.وشهية طيبة.
