I have one of these and i dont know how to get it out of briefcase mode. also. why can't i simple flip the camera on the gimbal upside down? whould that be easier that briefcase mode? also. having to have my finger on the trigger to keep my gimbal in lock mode is tedious. there should be a setting where you can set it to lock mode and not have to have your finger on the trigger.
Thanks. Great video. Can i install the Manfrotto 323 base plate on top of the RSC2? I use Manfrotto 200PL plates in all my cameras and tripods, so it would be nice not to be able to use this plate and not the arca swiss.
You just lock it "upright" again, hold it upright (the "back" arm would now basically be in front of the camera) and when you double click it will flip around and center it as it normally would when you double click in upright mode.
We apologize for the inconvenience. To ensure gimbal stability in Portrait mode, the DJI RSC 2 joystick cannot control the gimbal when you quickly tap the M button twice to go to Portrait mode. To control the gimbal while shooting in Portrait mode, a more efficient and convenient way is to hold the joystick and adjust the gimbal orientation. To use DJI RSC 2 in Portrait mode for a long time, we recommend purchasing a L-Bracket Plate to adjust the physical installation position of the camera in order to use the joystick control function as usual.
@@FoodieRSA For RS 3/RS 3 Pro, please refer to the information below: 1. If you directly toggle the gimbal mode switch to FPV and set the FPV to Portrait on the touchscreen, the joystick cannot control the gimbal orientation. Please try moving the grip to adjust the gimbal orientation. 2. If DJI R Vertical Camera Mount is mounted to the gimbal, the joystick can be used to control the gimbal orientation. To obtain an optimal user experience for Portrait, it is recommended to use DJI R Vertical Camera Mount or a third-party L-type adaptive plate.
why on the he%&^ to made the quick release plate so thick!!!!!!!!! now I cant use any of my other plates on tripods and glidecam, the SC plate was perfect, idio(&
Not entirely sure what you mean but I think the answer is for the focus motor. When you release the camera the focus motor has to go along with it. I think the provide a thick one and a thin one if I remember right.
Why do you teach people to use the break down mode for briefcase carry it’s not seamless like using a arm off the provided anchor point on the main handle like the RS2 this is gimmicky advise and kind of stupid...

Wow every time they release a new one of these it just gets better and better
That's what innovation is

But how do you do portrait mode + pov mode so you can do the cool twist shots??
Love the RSC 2. Greet innovation. Must better than the RSC 1. Finally i can use bigger lenses.

Wow cool! Now ship it out so i dont have to wait another month😀👍
do you know how to remove all information from the monitor, make it clean?
so guys does this replace the underslung mode (or is that still available as one of the options)
How do you switch from brief case mode to regular mode?
You unfold the gimbal and press the trigger twice. Its the same process but this time gimbal unfolded
You didn't describe how to get out of Briefcase mode.
yeah I keep having this problem also...
@@iamcolinclark so...no solution?

Great vídeo 👌👌.
It would be very interesting to see a video in which you could see the six configurations that DJI says.
Face to butt shots in an instant. Loving it!
What type of filming are you involved with?
i can't unfold it! i rotate the knob to unlock mode but nothing happens
what should i do
Put a little force into it. I was scared of breaking it at first but you need to be a little forceful
@@ShotByCLM thank you! I've already called the shop and they said the same. It really works!
@@JohnyTalbottini I’m glad! Have you gotten it on to vertical mode? I’m still struggling with that lol
@@ShotByCLM I haven't done it yet. I am frightened to do it bcause my camera is very heavy)

So easy just to check the tutorials. Instead of trying to learn it on the go.. smh

Please do some giveaway I'm a huge fan but I don't have drone even
most useless gimbal, mine has the folded problem after warrenty ended. and used 10 times max , and no service in Romania
The model is a bit much
He's just representing the average gimbal user
Portrait mode is useless
