    I absolutely LOVE that she’s a Christian! I feel like it’s rare to find that for an influencer, and to be open to talking about God, that’s pretty amazing! 💕 Thankful for what you do Ashley!

    Just bought the plan! I'll finish the 10- minute plan, then progress. Will there be a Facebook group? That's one of my favorite parts of your other plans.

    Ashley, thank you so much for everything that you’re doing! I am 32 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I follow your prenatal plan as much as I can and I definitely plan on doing the postpartum plan and would love to try this challenge too. You are an inspiration in your fitness, faith, and motherhood journey! it’s truly a blessing to find a fitness coach that is frequently giving glory to the Lord!     Good luck! That sound so wonderful. I love the 12 weeks postpartum programme! I am going to finish it now for the second time, and my strength is at pick proformas for myself.     So excited to get this program when I am finished with the 12 week post-partum program and the10 min plan. The LSFRC plan made me love weight training and Firm 30 sounds so do-able yet challending! Keep up the good work Ashley!

      Way to go doing the 10 Minute Plan for yourself right now Emily -- this tells me you are clearly a motivated woman who is willing to sweat and feel the burn. : ) Correct! Firm30 is the next step for you and you'll be 100% ready after completing the 10 Minute Plan. Start looking around to pick up a pair of heavier dumbbells if you haven't already - you'll want them for Firm30 so we can maximize your results!

    Is it doable to go from the post-pregnancy plan to this one or do you feel like the 10-minute plan is necessary in between?

      Emily, great questions! Yes it's doable to go straight from the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan to Firm30 if you want to be challenged and pushed. : )

    How is it different from the 10 min plan? Right now I am doing your 12 week pp plan

      Well done on doing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan for yourself now Jacqueline. Firm30 has more of a focus on resistance training than the 10 Minute Plan and it's more advanced than the 10 Minute Plan.

      Great question! Congratulations to YOU on your 3 week old newborn. There is nothing I'd EVER do first for exercise postpartum besides the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan www.glowbodypt.com/12-week-post-pregnancy-plan-2 This way we can be 100% confident we have restored the integrity of your core first. If you jump into a program like Firm30 without having properly healing your abs and pelvic floor, you could accidentally make your postpartum recovery much longer and worse than it needs to be. It could lead to ab gap separation (Diastais Recti), postpartum hernia, postpartum prolapse, or incontinence (peeing your pants). All of these things can be prevented when you heal your body correctly first, right up front postpartum.       My baby is currently 4 months old, and I did Ashley’s 12-week PP program and I LOVED IT! I was hesitant to spend the money when there are so many free videos on UA-cam, but Ashley really talks you through each move so you know you have proper form and the workouts really are great, easy to stick to, and worth it!! I got it for a little discount for the Mother’s Day sale and my husband bought it for me as a Mother’s Day gift, but it was 10000% worth it. I just finished the program a few weeks ago and am considering repeating weeks 5-12 of the plan because the workouts are just that good! And I’m not a robot or anything lol I’m 26 years old and just someone who wanted to feel safe working out postpartum and decided to trust Ashley.

    Can I have another baby if I have 1.5 finger gap and not worse it . What’s the path to go by ?

      YES 100% you can have more babies with your 1.5 gap! Don't worry at all. Once you get pregnant, you'll have my Free Prenatal Program. You'll invest in the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and be ready to use it as soon as you deliver your baby. Recovery guidance will start immediately and then your first official workout starts once you get the Go from your doctor/midwife - typically at 6 or 8 weeks pp, depending on whether you deliver vaginally or via c-section. : ) If you do Firm30 now and get pregnant WHILE on Firm30, you can keep doing it at a reduce intensity through the 12th week of pregnancy. Then at that point, you'd really want do the Free Prenatal specifically heading into 2nd trimester and beyond! Smart on you to get your core STRONG and stable before your next pregnancy.

    I love that you love our Lord and savior. Don't ever apologize for praising Him. I do struggle with working out however since it very clearly states in the bible in Proverbs 31:30 that "charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord...she shall be praised". I believe he makes it very clear that the pursuit of aesthetics is done out of vanity and is not conducive to leading a life of Christianity. You are propagating blasphemous beliefs by not only promoting this pursuit but to make matters even worse, by commercializing it and doing it for your profit and gain. Very shameful of you. I will say a prayer that the Lord has kindness for your soul.
