    I just got the email on joining Ashley in starting this program in summer 2024, but, alas, it will have to wait as I'm currently pregnant with number 4 and back on the pregnancy program. The LFSC plan is the only GlowBody program I don't have and I can't wait to try it next year!

    I’m most proud of the fact that I can carry my 18 month old in one arm and a baby car seat in the other (which, let’s be honest, baby car seats are SO HEAVY AND AWKWARD to carry!), all while giving verbal direction to my 3 and 4 year old as we walk into a store or whatever while my husband is gone!

    I’m just about done with the 10 minute plan (and have purchased and am looking forward to LFSC 😉) and from starting 10 min plan till now I have really improved my 5k and on Christmas Day I finally ran all 3 miles without walking and I’m just super proud of that! And I know Ashley’s workouts and coaching have helped me do that!

      yessss congrats on running 3 miles straight w/ no walk breaks! This is huge. Anything is possible for you. Next you'll be doing 10k.

    While life is a little too hectic to jump into LFSC (yet!), the 10-minute plan has been SO helpful. I am so proud of how strong and resilient my body is - and my toddler is super spoiled that I can hold him and squat as often as needed!

    I'm proud that I am still working out giving it my all despite being postpartum with an umbilical hernia/issues closing my DR. It's so hard to be patient and nurse an injury when I'm used to working out hard. SO excited about this release! I did the LFSC plan after my first baby and got in the best shape of my life. Thanks Ashley!!

    I am proud I stayed active throughout my pregnancy. I read able to run 3 miles the day before I delivered 😊.

    So excited to start this! I finished 12 week post pregnancy plan & I truly feel like a stronger woman. Confession: I went to the gym after the plan was over and went to hard 😭😤 and my calf’s are super sore now I can barley walk right lol!! I’m like oh no let me go buy Ashley’s new released plan. You truly take out all the guess work and recovery for me so I don’t have to worry and just go! ❤️ love you!!! So excited for you!

      I’m proud of that I finished the post part un plan in the midst of kids and having times where I am not able to complete them I still finished and I am proud of that!

    I gave labour a week ago. When can I start this program; after how many weeks postpartum?

      Congrats on your newborn still less than a month old Kimberley! This is the first program you need to do postpartum (I would NEVER jump right into Lean Fast Strong Capable Plan first as this is my most advanced plan and the abdominal wall & pelvic floor muscles need restoration first!) 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan www.glowbodypt.com/12-week-post-pregnancy-plan-2

    Hey Ashley, is it okay to jump rope instead of running with this plan?

      Yes. I even provide alternate cardio options for how long you should exercise with cardio of choice in place of running on run days! : ) Jump rope is quite intense though, so don't feel bad cutting the time short and still knowing you got a ton out of it.

    Hi Ashley,hope you are well! I have been a follower of your UA-cam prenatal workout series and really benefitted from them. I am now 4 months pp and had a fairly difficult vaginal birth with third degree tears - I wanted to ask you if your 12 week post partum plan would be for me at all? Thank you! (sorry to ask you here but didn't know where else to approach you )

      Neha, congrats on your 4 month old baby!!!! It says so much about you that you trained using my prenatal workouts during your pregnancy -- clearly you are a highly motivated woman. 100% recommend my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan to ensure you restore your core and carefully take care of your pelvic floor, especially during Phase 1 of the plan. I need you to start immediately on the every-single day kegel routine 3x per day. My first delivery sounds VERY SIMILAR to yours (honestly it was pretty darn traumatic and I was scared to deliver my second) and the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan was a lifesaver. We will not only strenghten your pelvic floor with the daily kegel routine but lengthen the pelvic floor and reconnect your pelvic floor to your innermost abdominal muscles (transverse abdominis) -- they wrap all the way around you like a girdle and stretch from the rib cage down to your pubic bone-- so you can get the best results. You will be trained via my full-body approach (not like other slow plans that only train your abs and do breathing/stretching routines). My 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan will have you sweating and working hard, but it's just 30 min per day 4 days a week and it works. I'd never do anything else for exercise after having a baby before establishing the base and restoring your core on my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan. Congrats again to you, Neha.
