Congratulations to Sophia! A great team has formed. Your content is always spot on here and in all of tour videos Travis. Just completed a 30r20 at my lowest df 106 @ 1:59.1 pace age 61 154 lbs 5'7" , also a HM with a df 85 @ 2;09.6 hr 130. Loving the lower df! Hope to see some more videos. All the best Bill
The slides eliminate the need to move the body back and forth and are a better simulation of rowing in a shell. Because you are not fighting momentum at either end of the stroke, it will be easier to bring the rate up (assuming one has the skill to do so effectively of course).

Omg. 😳 Congrats Sophia!! So powerful, so fast (56 SPM pace!). Wonderful, Coach Travis. ⭐️
Congrats!!! That’s likely in the 15’s without the seat trouble. So strong!
Definitely! Nice job bringing the world title home yourself last month!
@@TravisGardner thanks Travis!
Another HUGE effort.... congrats!!
I'm never that calm before a 100m lol
WOW! Amazing work. Stroke rate always is nice to have :)
I’ve never seen those sliders, how does that affect the time?

I'm coming for your world record Sofia
Do it!
