    You didn't say anything about if you can weld Aluminum..is there something special you would need?

      This machine will not tig weld aluminum. You need a high frequency machine to do that but you can stick weld aluminum with it. I’ve never stick welded aluminum but I’ve talked to several people that have and they say it doesn’t run very good. Arccaptain does have a machine that will tig aluminum. I’ll give you a link to it so you can check it out if you want to. www.amazon.com/dp/B0DQ8QDF1D/?tag=get weld soon-20

    Does the button stop the arc so you don’t have pull away like scratch start? And can you adjust the post flow? Thanks

    • @getweldsoon1113
      @getweldsoon1113  Рік тому

      Yes the button stops the arc. I believe you can adjust the pre and post flow. I’ll have to check into that to make sure but I’m pretty sure you can. I’ll let you know for sure soon as I get a chance to try it.

      Very cool. Hard to break the habit from scratch start, pulling out. post flow and arc termination is a game changer. Also the pedal for $70 or so. This little machine surprisingly great option for dc tig

      Yes it is. I honestly am very impressed with it so far. Especially for the price.

      Okay so I read the manual and I can’t find anything about adjusting the post flow but it does have a post flow preset on it already. Sorry it took so long to get back with you.

      Hey, yeah sorry it wouldn’t let me add the links for some reason earlier so I took the video down until I figured it out. They are in the description now with the coupon code to save 5%. Thank you for letting me know about that and thanks for watching. 👍🏻

    Wow! That is cheap. Of course it’s Chinese. If I were inclined to weld anymore I would definitely consider it. I went and looked at the reviews and all I can say is that I have doubts if they are real. Way to many women praising it. The high frequency is a totally one up for this! Unbelievable value.

      Yeah it’s a pretty awesome little machine so far. I haven’t even used it with 220v yet but I will soon as I get some time off.
