@@getmoney5892 The older I get, the more I cherish the time I get to spend with my kids working shoulder to shoulder in the shop. I know it’s one of those things that I will miss someday, so I do my best not to take it for granted. Thank you for watching!
I loved the “ What’s that? “ counter in the beginning of your video. Do all tig welder’s buzz like that when you’re using them? That’s a really annoying sound. I’ve never tig welded before so I don’t know?
Nice work. Next test, crank that machine up to 200 and see if it puddles 1/4 aluminum t-joint. Like you said, it's a good starter for beginners. Can't imagine ripping a bead at 200 without water cooled. Cheers.
Hi, really good review on the welder, I was wondering if i should buy it too but after this video i made my mind to buy it! I was wondering though if it comes with the torch and finger paddle that you welded with or you modified it like that? If so please tell me what kind of torch and paddle was that. Thanks for the review, Greetings from Germany!
@@МирославКирчев-э3х Hi there, thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you have decided to purchase a welder and continue your journey in developing and honing this skill. To answer your question, yes it does come with the torch and the finger control. Hope this helps. Glad to have a friend from Germany. Thanks for watching!
Thanks a lot for the fast answer! Does the finger control act like a foot pedal too? What i meant by foot pedal is, if i can operate the amperage gradually with my finger, like with my foot on a foot pedal or is it working in 2t/4t, kind of like a normal basic Tig button?
@ This finger control is only 2t/4t operation. I know there is a company that sells variable amperage finger controls, but I don’t know if they make them for ArcCaptain or not. The website is www.6061.com. Hope that helps.
Nice video I’m not sure if that machine has it and you may know this but if you can set a pre flow for like just .2 of a sec it helps with better arc starts or if not start the pre flow with post flow by tapping the pedal or button for a second if that makes sense. That machine sounded like the arc starts were pretty good though. I know some of the cheaper machines are like that that the pre flow thing can help. I do that with my everlast machine That machine has a decent amount of settings. 👍
Your sons happy yay after tossing the second box on the floor made me smile. Great little man in the making!
Lol. It’s a good reminder for me of how happy we can be in life if we even get excited for the little things. Thanks for watching!
This video touched my heart.

@@scottsherwood8555 They only buzz like that when you Tig weld on AC current. Tig welding with DC is very quiet and peaceful. Thanks for watching!
You should have a playlist for your reviews. I can’t find the review on the MiG welder from arc captain

Levels have gas bubbles? I've learned a hard lesson in "did you make it?" If you didn't how do you know?
Little man is growing up to think it's totally normal to stand around in the shop and talk to your self.😂😂

My wife asked me a few weeks ago how many welding machines i need and I guess "all of them was not the right answer"
Lol. I would say that’s the perfect answer! They’ll always be coming out with new technology. That should keep us occupied for life!
