- Larrion Davis took the stand in the Apple River standing trial and changed the story he told police in March. He recorded some cell phone video of the Apple River incident - he was taking selfie Snapchat video as the Miu encounter was happening behind him.

After watching all these testimonies, I really can’t believe the state brought this charge. There’s absolutely no way you’re getting 12 jurors to convict, never ever. And it would flop in an appeals court and get overturned

He states a clear lie that Miu had a hat, jacket and pants on and he came out of the bushes, taking pictures of little girls. Defense asks if he believes that is true.
