Why doesnt this work on my iPad?
I think it is a great change for iPads and how they will probably become a little bit more similar to iPhones in the way they are displayed. Honestly I am excited for this new update, especially the incredible features you showed us ❤
The reminders update makes me so happy! It’s probably one of my most used apps since I keep shopping lists, to-do lists, and anything that I just need to remember on there. I’ve had an iPad for years and am only really just now getting into using it for more than reading and watching videos. I guess I’m late to the party, lol! Now I’m debating upgrading to an iPad Pro and using it as a replacement for my laptop, especially when I want to work while traveling.

Looks like some fun new features, like being able to make outlined stickers from photos and importing a planner into Notes.
I randomly thought today “wonder when that new update drops” and I looked it up and I found out it was supposed to drop in like 6 minutes from when I looked it up😂 been saving watching this video for when this update dropped! So excited to follow along and play around with new customization features!

Is nice to see more flexibility to move windows around. Now the next thing I wish is microsoft excel to work same as macOS or Windows version 😢, and some improvements with drag and drop documents.

Great video! It would be nice to be able to add reminders to the calendar kind of like Google Tasks and Google Calendar.

Stage Manager, Flexible Widgets and the Health app all make sense on the iPad now. It makes it feel a bit more mature and capable than it was. Stage Manager was almost unusable before I tried the Beta this year. Having profiles in Safari is nice, as it let’s you set a guest profile, in case someone wants to use it. If only they could bring iOS and iPadOS into line with the Mac and create system profiles as well.
This update is AMAZING! this looks so good! I will test and mix&match the lockscreen ones especially:3

This looks so fun! I’ll be customising my ipad A LOT I love how we can put wigit it’s on the Lock Screen and also by able to resize a window! I use my iPad for fun and my UA-cam channel so the customisation abilities are so cool! I love them

As an android user, looking for a tablet for school, I'm impressed of how cool these features are, I was sure I was about to buy a samsung tab, but damn these tricks are incredible and so useful, and make me thinking of change my choice...
I got an IPad Pro for digital art and university 3 years ago and it’s been amazing! It was brand new when I got it in 2020 and I still haven’t even thought about upgrading because of how well it’s holding up. It works as well as it did on day 1.

Love the fact that your planner can be imported to notes. How did you get the links to work?
make sure to toggle off all the icons at the top in the middle (the pen, keyboard, microphone)

I am stuck on 16.6 wishing I had this. Lol. I want it now. I just customized my screen, and I want to move my icons where I want them. I wish I could get into digital planning. It just seems like so much work. I also don’t love Goodnotes. I wish I could use the brush options from Procreate with it.

Sounds like with GoodNotes phasing out 5.0 notes is looking like a good option that will soon catch up. Vs going to GoodNotes 6 for some of us.

FINALLY I GOT IPADOS 17 YAAAAA
Rina, when I drag from corner for screenshot and eyedropper a new color, I used to be able to hold down with my finger and "copy" the hex code to bring into Goodnotes. Holding down no longer brings up the option to "copy," are you experiencing this too? It was definitely working before the beta update!
Does samsung tab s9 have such convenient features?

I’m actually getting excited for this. I’m currently thinking of buying an iPad Pro so that I can have my own tablet, rather than use one that’s shared around the family. I used to have an iPad that I saved up all my money for, but it’s really old and doesn’t work on games like clash of clans anymore. Half the time when I DO go on apps on it, it just quits and glitches off. However. My mom is not so keen on me buying an iPad when we’ve already got one and the fact that I already have lots of electronics. But at the same time it would be nice to have my own, with my own style, and aesthetic themes etc. rather than have it change all the time on our shared one or stay plain. 😅
I don’t have the pencil yet lol but I have a small iPad for my anxiety lol congratulations to everyone who has one ❤❤❤❤
