You remind me of him, he fought two world champions at his peak, sadly he's passed but watching you I'm reminded of how perfect practice can only breed perfection as I've learned from my coach and have since passed on to a few of my own students. You are true to form of t old-school style teachings. Eliminate waste moves and t imperfections. True power comes through whn t body knows it's isolated movements ( shoulder to elbow to wrist snap of t knuckles) combined wth (foot, hip, whole shoulder body roll, twist of waist, shift of t ankle and whole foot placement) equal measure ratios of movement to garner tht sweet sharp power shots you do each time you hit t bag. Hey Jacob, Thank you very much for all your great instructional videos, i know your son from back in the day, and he is a direct carryover of your skills as a Boxing trainer and a teacher. For all the guys that watch those videos - This guys is as legit as it gets period, His son for example is a ammy champ, many times now, that speaks already for itself. From my personal experience - i get better everytime i watch his videos ( feelin faster more agile, aware, stronger at the sparring sessions and whatnot) , if you do what he says you will get better. Thank you very much, loads of respect form Germany. Ps Tony is the boss.

Hello, you are a great teacher, very pro fighter! very fluid movement, you move and hit like wind! Can we adapt your training on shadow boxing? i work on heavy bag only when i go to the club, so not oftenly...but i can shadow at home
it is a very interesting video, some good tips in it, I particularly appreciated the tight hook tip relate about mantaining the elbows very close to the bag to practise the correct movement.
