1947 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ । ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ 10 ਲੱਖ ਆਦਮੀ ਅੋਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ। ਬੇਘਰੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ । ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਰਹਿ ਗਈਆਂ । ਭਾਰਤ ਤੇ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਮਂਨਾਉਦਾਂ ਸੀ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਹੂ ਦਾ ਦਰਿਆ ਵਗਿਆ । ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਲਾਲੇ ਪੈ ਗਏ ਨਹਿਰੂ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਮੋਕਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ ।ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਸਾਡਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਜੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਰਜੇ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ।
ਵਿਚਾਰ ਹਰ ਬੋਲ ਸੱਚ ਤੇ ਸੁਚੱਜਾ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾਵਾ ਹਰ ਲੰਡੂ ਪੰਜੂ ਨਹੀ ਸਮਝ ਸਕਦਾ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਲਈ ਦਿਲ ਤੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਹੋਣਾ ਵੀ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ 50% ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ ਨਹੀ ਸ.ਅਜਮੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਚੜਦੀ ਕਲਾ ਚ ਰੱਖਣ ...... ❤

ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗੋ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੜਿਆ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੈ!ਇਹ ਸਭ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸਭ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ! ਮੇਨ ਗੱਲ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਨਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾਂ ਖੂਨ ਬਹਾਇਆ ਹੈ! ਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਧੋਤੀ ਬੋਦੀ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਨੇ! ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੰਜਿਆ ਹੈ! ਤੇ ਹੱਕ ਵੀ ਫਰਜ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ! ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ! ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ! ਅਤੇ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ! ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੈ! ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ! ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹੈ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ!ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ! ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ! ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ ਅੱਜ ਦਾ! ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗੋ ਕਿਸ ਕਾਮਰੇਡ ਜਾ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਨੇ ਕੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ! ਕੋਈ ਫਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਜੀ! ਜਿਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੋ ਹੱਕ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਕ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਜੀ!।

Sab bakwas teh manipulation neh . You are right. In 1947, not a single district of now Indian Punjab had Sikh majority. Maximum population was in Ludhiana district was 42%. The conditions of Partition was that minorities on the both side of new borders will be protected by the both countries. Unfortunately riots happened and most of Sikhs from other side of border in Pakistan migrated as refugees in India. 40% of Sikhs living in Indian Punjab came as refugees. Refugees got agricultural lands and houses and rehabilitated. Border districts of Punjab became Sikh majority and that gave opportunity to Sikh politicians to play religious card to win elections in Punjab. And later, this religious politics sow the seeds of Khaslistsni
Militancy in Punjab. Nobody talks about these historical fact and upset the sikh voters.

ਅਸਲ ਗੁੰਝਲ “ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕੌਮ, ਮੁਸਲਮ ਕੌਮ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ” ਦੇ ਗੈਰ ਹਕੀਕੀ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਤੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਈ ਹੈ।

I was glued to listen to this video!!! I would say each and every Sikh should listen to this video , such in depth and clarity !!!!!I this will clear up lot of confusion. Our history had been messed up and minimized our sacrifices by the majority . Every Sikh need to know their history by the right source !!! Need to preserve our history !!!! Other thing the main reason for the Sikhs to not have their proper share in the political power is our Numbers !!!!!! We have to spread our religion , protect our people from getting into influence of Anti Sikh elements and to clear up our micro differences between our Sikh brothers and sisters who have different outlooks or idea. We should not pull their legs in open but in our private settings like a family !!!! It’s need not to kept our selves as scape goats for others . Time to think ourselves .

In 1947, not a single district of now Indian Punjab had Sikh majority. Maximum population was in Ludhiana district was 42%. The conditions of Partition was that minorities on the both side of new borders will be protected by the both countries. Unfortunately riots happened and most of Sikhs from other side of border in Pakistan migrated as refugees in India. 40% of Sikhs living in Indian Punjab came as refugees. Refugees got agricultural lands and houses and rehabilitated. Border districts of Punjab became Sikh majority and that gave opportunity to Sikh politicians to play religious card to win elections in Punjab. And later, this religious politics sow the seeds of Khaslistsni
Militancy in Punjab. Nobody talks about these historical fact and upset the sikh voters.

I don't think there is any evidence when Sikh Gurus used to travel all across India, they thought of people from other provinces as some separate nationality because by that logic Banda Singh Bahadur and Panj Pyare who were not Punjabis will not be included in Khalistani definition of Sikhs.

1849 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੱਖ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਲਸਫੇ ਤੇ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਏ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਤੋਂ ਥਿੜਕ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੰਤਵ “ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕੌਮ” ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਮੰਤਵ ਹੋਰ ਸੀ। ਇਸਨੂੰ ਰਲਗੱਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਦਰੁਸਤ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਵ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕੌਮ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਨਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਉਸਦਾ ਮੋਹਰਾ ਬਣਦੇ ਰਹੇ।
