  • This 1985 Marine Trader 40 LaBelle trawler yacht is a new listing for Yacht Brokers of Daytona. At the time of listing this video, the boat was for sale for only $84,900 in Daytona Beach, Florida. The boat offers fantastic value for money, and powered by twin 165hp Volvo TAMD 40B diesel engines.
Over the past 6 years, considerable time, money, and effort have been invested in this yacht including a new Bimini canopy, new snap on windshield covers, new water heater, new VHF radio, new GPS, new radar, new freshwater pump with accumulator tank, and new fuel lines. The owners also rebuilt both the port & starboard turbos & heat exchanger, replaced batteries & charger, and tastefully modernized the galley as well.
For those looking at tackling the Great Loop, don’t fear the height restrictions as the radar arch is on hinges and can be lowered in minutes. The trawler also has 2 x 16,000 BTU air conditioning units, so no matter where you are on The Loop, you can cruise in comfort regardless.
You can view more details and photographs of this listing on Yachtworld at www.yachtworld...
I hope you enjoy this video!

Yup this would be a good fit for me.. Running the puget sounds and up and down the west coast.. My daughter and her family just moved up here to Washington state last month.. so I have not had a lot of time to watch my videos.. Keep it up brother.. I do enjoy a real boat that one can afford and would work for the fun side of life.. Carry on!

If I still lived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area still this boat would be great. I still remember the 27' rendezvous deck boat my longtime girlfriend and I had in Bradenton. It was great for the intercoastal and within a few miles offshore.
We had a lot of fun with it, although, she did get a bit upset when I named it "Menopausal Escape" and would take off at night to go fishing.
