    Your reply at 3.41 'yes, I will bring something- ti porto qualcosa' is a good example of how translation of tense is not always literal. Common sense tells us the action of bringing is in the present.

    Ciao Tom, tutto bene? Sto studiando anche l'italiano e mi sono reso conto che è un po' difficile poter utilizzare in un modo corretto gli articoli possesivi, poiche ci sono volte che non è necessario 'utilizzare gli articoli sia il femminile oppure il maschile. Per esempio, nella frase che hai detto in questo video: "Lui vuole parlare con mia mamma" Non capisco perché non c'è l'articolo "la". Detto ciò, mi piacerebbe che facessi un video spiegando quando utilizzare l'articolo e quando non rispetto agli articoli possesivi. Mi ha piaciuto il tuo video. Grazie mille! A presto!

    • @lucasm4299
      @lucasm4299 8 років тому

      Wow!
      Il tuo italiano è avanzato. Perché guardi questo video se hai già imparato come usare il congiuntivo imperfetto??
      Allora...non ha usato "la" perché non si usa l'articolo determinativo (il, lo, ecc) con parenti cari nella forma singolare.
      Ad esempio...
      Mia madre
      Tuo padre
      Suo zio
      Nostra nonna
      Vostro figlio
      Ma NON loro
      La loro madre
      Quando si va al plurale
      Sì si dice
      I tuoi padri
      Le sue sorelle
      Le nostre nonne

      * alcune volte si può dire "a volte"
      * dici "ed" ma basta "e". Di solito solo si usano "ed" "ad" quando la prossima parola comincia con la stessa vocale
      Per esempio... Lui è intelligente ed è ricco. Corretto
      Lui è intelligente e è ricco. Scorretto
      Questo elemento fonico si chiama "d eufonica"
      *Ma
      No, non ne sono uno. Sono troppo giovane!

    •  6 років тому

      Ciao - great question. It comes down to how you're using them in a sentence. After a preposition you'll always say "me" and "te." But without a preposition you'll say "mi" and "ti." The rules do go a bit deeper than just that, but this should give you the general idea :)

    • @wetatonce
      @wetatonce 6 років тому

      Awesome... That would explain the situation of 'A me piace & Mi piace' - those are basically identical phrases...semantically. Correct? :)
