- Anaconda is a looping roller coaster from Arrow Dynamics that has operated at the Kings Dominion amusement park in Virginia USA since 1991. With 4 inversions and a top speed of 50mph it provides plenty of thrills and the underwater tunnel gives great visuals to spectators too. Video features analogue off-ride footage filmed during 2010.

the water effects… the little things in life like that makes it cool 😆
How to davidjellis:
1: Shoot some cool footage of a roller coaster or theme park
2: Wait about 10 or 20 years
3: Upload it to youtube and call it “vintage”
4: Profit
LOL - The reason why I am adding old stuff at the moment is that I only really got serious about UA-cam when my first viral happened at the end of 2011 (so never uploaded much footage before then) and after getting a digital camera and going to China in 2013 I have edited it straight away and uploaded it...but I have never had any time to go back to the analogue stuff until recently - hence a load of stuff from 2009 and 2010 etc. It's quite fun looking through my old footage - brings back memories, and of course the parks have changed a fair bit and some of the coasters no longer exist, so they do have historical interest.
This will be the decade the remaining custom arrow loopers will bite the dust, one by one.
Hopefully first anoconda!
Crazy Coasters International why would you be hopeful of that?
Although an Arrow custom looper, I hope Loch Ness Monster won't meet its fate this decade. Busch Gardens treasures it too much as a classic for me to see that happening.
A bit rough. But actually one of the tamer Arrow loopers. Steel Phantom in Pittsburgh and Shockwave near Chicago were much, much rougher.
Love the analogue footage!
