I want a animated series of the Horus Heresy. Like the whole timeline of events.
I really want to see Horus throwing fists with the custodies
@@hxmrHorus didn't fight custodes in the lore and in the siege he could probably obliterate them with a thought.
@@licensed_beheaderWhen he was first found and loyal, he had a few sparring matches with them in the Palace. He fought the Captain General at the time and I can't remember if he beat him or it was a draw, but he only did it once and Horus won every time after.
@@ironduke5058 No that was Rogal Dorn
Don't we all
The Grey Knights just give off that different vibe. Chills.
So im only a few books in to Horus Heresy, and just dont understand how GK's wouldnt be heretical?
@@tanidaocphoenix9179 The Grey Knights were specifically created by the Emperor to 'fight fire with fire'. The power of the warp in-and-of-itself is not corrupting, so much as the eldritch things that dwell within it. People and psykers who fall to the temptations of the things whispering into their unshielded and untrained minds are the main reason harnessing the warp is considered 'heretical'. The Grey Knights themselves are carefully selected, altered, trained, and weeded out from thousands upon thousands of potential recruits, and each Grey Knight is (supposed to be) the best-of-the-best. Unfortunately, this is not always well-represented in games and novels featuring them.
To date (and to my knowledge), there has never been a single Grey Knight that has fallen to corruption, though given Games Workshop's penchant for fucking shit up, I'm sure it'll happen eventually, if it hasn't already. GW is so bad, the daemons even had a specific stratagem in 8th edition tabletop that would allow an entire unit of daemons to return to the field if they'd been slain specifically by a unit of Grey Knights...which is the exact opposite of how that is supposed to work. Banishment by Grey Knights is supposed to be the one trump card the Imperium has against daemons lore-wise. I haven't played tabletop since 8th edition for that reason.
They're kinda extreme, loll... Even think about the warp and they're coming for you
@@fillerbunnyninjashark271there was a group a space marines that got blessed by the emperor himself and they were some sections on their armor that were emitting flames then they came back from their mission and the Grey Knights thought they were corrupted so they just fuckin blasted them😂

You'd think that a dude with armor that fancy could afford a helmet.
You're mistaken, the lack of helmet is the most powerful defense in all of Warhammer. Considering he is also named he is functionally immortal.
@@notjustanother3191 in the video game Warhammer 40K Boltgun your character's armor is literally represented as his contempt
Especially when fighting diesease-ridden ennemies which could probably give you hyper space aids just by being near you
There is an issue with wearing a helmet... this is well-known from ages past. While it is true that a helmet offers appreciable protection to the head, in the same time it significantly impairs your senses of seeing and hearing which in turn could prove fatal. That's why, for example, in WW2 many veteran German soldiers were (against their orders) putting down their helmets when the situation become... overheated. After all, a severe head trauma will lead to your death indifferent if you're using a helmet or not but on the other side, if you were able to completely AVOID it...

When you think how well the independent project Astartes was made, edited and directed, it makes one wonder how poor of a job W40k did on the past games in terms of video direction and art.
isnt this epic tho ?
@@TaichouOwlf Everything is epic in the W40k universe.
only a philosopher could answer a question like that
I loved this because its 40k but the sound design is laughable at points. Wilhelm scream almost fits with how bombastic the setting is.
it did take a single man 2 years though, i think?
Fighting the death guard requires a mask
Hahahaha😂...,not just one mask, you need two!... One for the toxic gas and virus, and second, for the more dangerous, "smell"😅!...
PS: Anyway, in short, you need a completely seal terminator armor, and a steal-halo for magic/wrap defenses in your back!...
Plot armor protects 😂 nonsense no mask needed.. all masked are not plot armor protected 😂
Plot armor protects 😂 nonsense no mask needed.. all masked are not plot armor protected 😂
Considering those pesky Death Guards can even affect Necrons... a mask won't cut it.
The only proven way to protect your body and soul is FAITH, for the Emperor protects!
the Wilhelm scream at 1:59 so good lmao
Yeah glad those guardsmen died for they're crimes. Horus did nothing wrong at this point.
I see why they're so protective of the Warhammer IP. I couldn't imagine this rich lore being taken over by execs and people who weren't "fans" until they pulled it up on wiki. I'm new to this universe myself, but I've atleast read a bunch of the books already, and would never consider myself an expert to start making changes to the source material like what might happen in a Star wars project. I want to see movies/shows based around this universe but more than any lore I've experienced...this would be SO easy to mess up.
You're going to be disappointed. The Lore is a complete mess - hugely inconsistent, no overarching direction, and far, far worse than the Star Wars Extended Universe (which is a pretty low bar to crawl under). Worse, it changes with more reconns and outright idiocy than Marvel or DC comics. And the reality is that GW is rabidly protective of it's IP solely for profit, not for quality reasons. Much if not all of serious fan work is light years superior to anything GW does or authorizes.
@eriktrimble8784 Like I said, I've read alot of the books and I'm enjoying their universe far more than what Disney has done to star wars in the last 10 or so years. Nothing is going to be 100 percent consistent in a universe built by many hands...but the ENJOYMENT the 40K universe has provided me has been consistent.
@@eriktrimble8784 That is 40k's greatest shield, because it's set so far in the future nobody for sure knows what the actual interpretation is, except the Emperor himself, so every fan work has its own legitimacy amongst the official stuff, just if the fan work is superior people will lift that up and praise it as true canon
disney is about to end warhammers whole career. just wait till the Guilliman comes out of the closet and professes his love for one of his subordinates…
We def need a star studded and top dollar film of this..
Nah, a big studio would ruin it, like they do everything these days. But an actual good film, yes please!

@@ThatOneGuyFromOhio +1! Chap from Ohio with taste (some of my family moved there from Uk)
I really feel like the reason we all crave an actual series so much is because of the fact GW is protective of their IP. They realize it's important to people and aren't about to sell it off to the highest bidder to make some c tier show entitled "Corpse Startch with Fobby Blay" and it just makes everyone sad they destroyed the IP.
Protective of their IP , yet look at the amount of crap for pc gaming that they let through

Made me chuckle
Who ever did that had no clue of warhammer 40k. An inquisitor figthing nurgles breed without helmet is dead. He may not fall in combat but he will get ill and will wish for death long before he dies. An inquisistor is human and not an astartes or custodian whos advances immunsystem can deal with it.
Also these demons and plague marines fell from injury that an imperial guardsmen would walk off.
The grey knigth scenes are awesome.
I come to set straight that which is twisted; to cleanse that which is unclean; to judge he who is guilty; to punish he who has sinned. These things I do in the name of the most holy. And I do it gladly.
The great inquisitor was Zapbannus Brannagust. Horribly out numbered, he sent wave after waves of his own men to their death until the enemy was finally defeated.

The WH40k Inquisitor-Martyr is actually very awesome game ! Playing it now. Diablo/Poe players should like it

I'm still on soul storm and dark crusade 😂
The Grey Knights clip is from WH40K Chaos Gate, the rest is from WH40K Inquisitor: Martyr.

To have unwavering devotion of purpose such as this must be amazing
I mean that's what happens when you indoctrinate someone with hypnotherapy until they can barely think for themselves. It's the same devotion you see in religious zealots because they have been broken down and then fully indoctrinated in the specific beliefs whoever's in charge are pushing, leaving the individual with nothing but that faith, and as such they are utterly devoted to it.
Ego Death is a pretty terrifying thing, and many people will do literally anything to avoid facing the fact that their entire life might be based on something they can't rationalize. I don't think it would be amazing to basically be turned into a living weapon with no self-determination and being so indoctrinated into the established ideology that you cannot even conceive of something else.
Being unwavering can never occur in our species unless we are utterly, totally sure that we are right, and that's usually a pretty dangerous mindset!
He'll no it wouldn't be amazing are you serious?
@@AveSicarius in the context of thier world, it works. as a parent, it still works.
Depends on the purpose you're devoted to.
Space Anor Londo looks magnificent!
astartes finger prints everywhere
The worst of this is that ends.
That is anything but 4K lol...
I really am tired of inquisitors in tac dreadnought armour. I can live with Sorarita's moving ok in power armour without a Black Carapace. As their armour was designed in a much earlier age, for an ungarmented Human female Astartes are supposed to be slow and cumbersome WITH the carapace and strength. A standard Human sized and strong person should not even be able to move a terminator suit.
I am trying to fully understand and grasp this warhamer universe lore, and the "future only war" are there large cathedral ships infested from warp travel, or are they conquering distant worlds. I get its hard to understand the cultish nature of the imperium of man.
While I would likely be nothing more than a heretical peasant, if I COULD pick a job in the warhammer 40k universe, it would either be Ordo Xenos Inquisitor, or Rogue Trader. Fuck being a space marine, or anything else. Ordo Xenos Inquisitors are the best cause they get to use alien butt plugs, I mean alien tech. And Rogue traders also get to use alien butt plugs, I mean alien tech.
все классно, но при заряде силового молота нурглитов должно распидорашивать !!! Palestin live matter (PLM)
God I fucking love the sheer scale of 40k
What game is this from? Just titled Warhammer 40k Space Marine??
WARHAMMER is a beautiful prophecy for humanity.
Beautiful isnt the word i would use bruh
"I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation. War is hell." - William Tecumseh Sherman
Since when did inquisitors become super human with space marine armor...?!
I like the amount of armour om the most important part of the body
No helmet? What is this? An mmorpg character creation screen?:P
Those WH40k clips.. they are like all literally the same.
In the wise words of Marilyn Manson, "never shave your eyebrows"
Не будь видео Астартес я бы сказал что ролик крут. Но после Астартес большинство роликов по вархаммеру кажутся простенькими.
What specific game is this?

I've always wondered, do they ever show the emperor?
That voice actor from Inquisitor was kinda all over the place with his pronunciation. Animation was kickass though.
whats the last clip from
An inquisitor during Horus heresy
I hope the inquisitors have not got to enter the panderverse 0_0
Its a bit rubbish, that 40k gets Americanized so much. America is a big market we get that, but why do all the characters need to now sound like Optimus Prime... Imagine if Spider man or Batman suddenly started sounding like they were from Yorkshire or something - there'd be global outrage.
I believe the outrage would be isolated to a single island 😂
So dramatic and full of glitz......for game that uses rules for 8 year olds......a simpleton's wargame that even idiots can play. Fun lore, however.
I am inquisitor im fear nothing, suddenly lights off with nervous face pointing gun
U need to resign inquisitors are not afraid of the Dark it's in the Codex 📖 page one answer 1 inquisitors nre not afraid of the dark two inquisitors most resist the urge to stick their fingers up there arse and rotate on it
was that inquisitor an astartes or just normal humal wearing power armour? are there astartes inquisitors? at 3:24 is that THE warhamer 40 000?
That was a Thunder Hammer. Kind of like a power maul, but a bit different. there is no 'Warhammer 40,000". Unlike Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer is just the setting, and 40,000 is the year. That's why its always stated "in the 41st Millennium, there is only war"
the tagged game is wrong it seems
People only like this universe because it helps them escaoe the reality they live in. Not realizing that they are sheep to religion and politics.

The female Captain's voice at the end sounds very familiar. I think she may have done one of the recent MechWarrior games.
Did you just assume her gender?
@@justicedemocrat9357 No I did not. Allow me to elaborate.
That voice is female. Therefore, the gender that goes with it is woman and the pronouns that go with that are she/her/hers.
That person may not identify as the gender that is associated with her sex. But I couldn't care less about what her gender identity is.
@@pseudonym5872 Do you not know what 'assume' means?
@@justicedemocrat9357 i do know what it means. Again, I know what gender the voice is coming from. The gender identity is what I don't know, and don't care about. So, no assumptions made.
@@pseudonym5872 So how do you know what gender the voice is coming from? Or is it because the voice 'sounded' feminine that you 'assumed' that it was female?
Wow, Damn Awesome - For the Emperor.
So is this inquisitor a space marine?
The guy in the first clip is an Inquisitor.
The dudes in the second clip are Grey Knights, kinda like the special forces of Space Marines. They are a super secretive demon/monster/chaos hunting group that pull recruits from different space marine legions and you have to pass trials to be a member. Standard space Marines get their Geneseed from their Primarch. The Grey Knights get it straight from the emperor.
So the inquisitor just had space marine like armor but is not enhance by geneseed?
@@TheJetlife94it's a normal human, right? So why is he wearing power armour like Astartes??
@@flonkplonk1649 I just started getting into the 40k lore myself but from what I've gathered , yes Inquisitors are regular humans but their strength and abilities vary from Inquisitor to Inquisitor. Each one is different, some weaker some stronger. Some are super strong psykers that are extremely powerful in combat. Some are mentally powerful and intelligent and do more stuff behind the scenes and often recruit space Marines or Grey Knights (who are also part of the inquisition) to go on extremely dangerous missions for them. Some augment themselves to become stronger than the average human (probably like the one in this video). Oh and since they're part of the inquisition they access to super powerful and rare weaponry that the typical space marine legions don't.
@@TheJetlife94 but for equipping power armour you need not only a certain height, weight and inhuman strength but as well augmentations only space marines have (like the carapace)... the Inquisitor here looks more like a Grey Knight to me tbh
Whenever I see someone stab with a chainsword I have to ask... how?
If you look close at most of their designs, they have a pointed tip. It’s basically just a triangular tip with a slightly rounded edge that connects from the very top to the beginning of the chainsword. Like a fat katana tip, essentially.
This gives them the ability to stab, as well as to slash and use the chain aspect of the blade.
You also could stab with an iron bar, you just need enough force to do so...
shame the did,t stay whit fire arms sounds better thenn lazers
