1) 5 BB Power Clean & 5 BB Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lb)
2) 15/11 Calories; Machine of Choice
3) Rest
4) 12 DB Chest Press (60/40 lb)
5) 50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
Awesome workout. Initially skeptical of the rest round coming in minute 3 but it definitely made sense about twenty minutes in. Overall each round is possible at about 75% effort but making small goals like staying unbroken or hitting a certain cal/hour goal makes it more interesting and devastating. Give this one a go!

@@MeltProgramming I was super skeptical of the round 3 rest here but so thankful for its placement about halfway through. Definitely looks like I changed from gray to black sweat shorts halfway through this one!
