The way he describes everything he works on is in such a calm manner that I expect helps his game. You can tell he doesn’t stress too much even if he does feel the nerves. His relaxed persona has served him well and all Sunday golfers could take a leaf out of his book.
I've seen him golf in tourneys, but hearing his approach and philosophy for his swing makes me an instant fan of Collin. Thanks for the vid guys, this is one of my favorites.
Really interesting to hear a Tour pro saying he visualises another Pros swing in order to get the feel for a shot shape. I've always thought the same thing (for a faded Driver think John Rahm and draw think McIlroy) but I hadn't considered Tour pros would think of other players. These are great video formats having open discussions with the players.
I love the inclusion of a fun challenge when a pro is on. Distance, closest to the pin, bunker shots vs. Jason Day would be amazing. Maybe flop shots with Mickelson ... its so great to hear a pros point of view, then have a little fun.
I figured it out. And I’m hitting a draw now. I even showed a couple of other people and within a couple of swings, where hitting a draw. This is just a step in the right direction. Thank you. All these videos have helped so much. The best part is I understand it now and how to show someone. Thank you and love watching the videos.
Great video guys, a real star in the making on the world golf tours. Rory is probably still the best iron player, but closely followed by Adam Scott and Brooks Koepka. Cheers
Just goes to show there is no wrong or right way, its always result orientated, I have coached Tennis all my life and now retired im into golf, yes there are similarities, but watching these guys and listening helps all day long!
Great video as always guys. This is the content that keeps a newbie to the game like me super interested. Great challenge too, even tho Collin’s shot was ridiculous!😱
I had £20 on Oosterhuizen in the open. Was looking forward to £680 until the last round until this fella teed off. Fantastic round, this boy is the modern day Tiger
Funny hearing him say having the visual of RORY when he hits a draw. I legit do the same thing for a draw and for a fade I think of DJ. I do have a question, should the club face be aiming at intended target or intended start line?
Gamal Sankara I’ve heard it explained both ways. Since the club face controls start line and swing path controls curve. If I have the club face aimed at target it will start on that line and curve the opposite direction I’m swinging
Courney Hallcy if you hit 6 degree from the outside the club head should be pointing about 3 degree to the left. And you will end about around the hole! If you get the explanation
pacypacman I really don’t get that. If path dictates curve and face dictates start line then I should have the face aimed where I want the ball to start, not finish.
Hello, I began to play golf around 2 months ago. I am really having trouble with my irons. I do get distance but not satisfactory. It just tends to stay low in flight and never gets higher no matter how much I try. Would love to see a video about hitting higher only.
Collin didn't mention any changes with his grip. Does he not make his grip stronger for the draw and weaker for the fade. In other words, is the draw/fade all determined by where he finishes. If so, this is not typical. Would you please comment. Thx!
Who do you think is the best iron player on tour right now? Comment below with your answers!
Tiger
Bubba Watson
Has always been Tiger
Please watch my most Birdies in a round...driving a par 4..with 3 wood..excuse the language when it bounces on the green 👉⛳ cheers

I absolutely love this guy, he is such a great character and the ceiling is high for him! Top 5 in the world soon.
Excited to se how he gets on this year.
This comment has aged well lol
well he is world's no.5 now!
Comment aged well
@@meandmygolf. didn't amount to much did he! :)
Thanks for bringing Collin to the camera. I especially appreciated his follow through thoughts on shaping a shot.
He won our British Open Sunday, incredible display of iron control, he looks the real deal if he stays injury free, well deserved win, congratulations
Anyone here because he just won the PGA Championship? Amazing ball striker 👌
Great win!
Yes sir
I'm here because that swing is money and I want it
Anyone here after he won The Open?!
Guy was out there throwing darts

I love Collins game! Unreal how consistent he has been since he came on tour!
He kinda sounds like tiger 😂😂
Watch out ladies...
haha now that you say that, he really does.
Tiger is mostly Asian. Big PP tho.
Dang he does!
Plays like him too 😉
I can already shape my irons. My problem comes when i want to hit them straight. Love Collin. Thanks for the video.

You boys have been killing it with these videos.
Love your work.
Glad you enjoyed it Gamal
Tons of natural talent and great success:) Very level headed and confident about everything......Life hasn't gotten him yet.

I watched Colin play in the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley two years in a row. I knew then he was going to do great things in golf.
Top golfer Scott. Can't wait to see how he gets on this year.
One of your best instructional videos imo, Thx again guys, well done :D
That's great. Glad this was useful to you.
Love the young guns... absolutely going to be a star! Seem like a quality guy!
Great video guys. Quick question, did you notice his ball position moving back for his draw and forward for his fade to help influence his swing path?
And now a major winner.
“It’s right at it again! Yup right at it again. Again. Again.” Collin is a stud! Glad he’s doing well
Great video guys, a real star in the making on the world golf tours. Rory is probably still the best iron player, but closely followed by Adam Scott and Brooks Koepka. Cheers
and then there is Tiger Woods in a league of its own when it comes to iron game
Thanks. Yes those guys all rip it.
rory proximity to hole at 150 to 175 is the same as 75 to 125. not very good with the short game. do the research.
Not really mate...
Collin has a fantastic iron game and is going to be a star. Another amazing iron game is Sungjae Im, that kid is a machine!
love these tips. hard to hear him talk about the sentry. wishing him all the best in 2023! more majors collin!
I laughed out loud when the split view showed Morikawa's shot stick a foot away from the hole. The guys faces were priceless! Well done gents
Keep it up guys, my favorite coaching duo 👍🏻
Just goes to show there is no wrong or right way, its always result orientated, I have coached Tennis all my life and now retired im into golf, yes there are similarities, but watching these guys and listening helps all day long!
Collin is a very articulate and intelligent golfer. Next level stuff right here. Break you out of the "contact zone" Pavlov mentality.
Great video as always guys. This is the content that keeps a newbie to the game like me super interested. Great challenge too, even tho Collin’s shot was ridiculous!😱
Glad you enjoyed it James. It's worth listening to these guys.
Wow, these two gentlemen are great players, but the pros are on a different level. Amazing! 🙏
Colin has my favorite swing!
What a phenomenal kid. Down to earth and high IQ
Collin is fun to watch. Another great video-thanks guys!
Glad you enjoyed it Marko.
Dude speaks exactly like Tiger! 😄
I had £20 on Oosterhuizen in the open. Was looking forward to £680 until the last round until this fella teed off. Fantastic round, this boy is the modern day Tiger
These videos are great 👍. Seems to me the pro players simplify the game far more than amateur players do.
Simple thoughts 👌! Spoken like a champion.
GREAT VIDEO REALLY WILL HELP SO SIMPLE
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it.
I like that game you played at the end.
Great fun Matt. What a shot from Collin too.
Great video. Really enjoyed it.
Best golf videos on youtube
Wow just found this video guys, unreal so easy to understand Thanks makes So much sense i got it today went 4 better than hcap
Thanks from Samoa
Anyone here after he won the tournament in playoff holes agains Justin Tomas? Cuz me too he’s incredible😍
These vids are great! Keep them up
Fades. hands finish high
Draws. hands finish low
I was today years old when I learned this. thank you.
Funny hearing him say having the visual of RORY when he hits a draw. I legit do the same thing for a draw and for a fade I think of DJ. I do have a question, should the club face be aiming at intended target or intended start line?
Most time at the target and plane changes to create the shot you want.
Great visual you have there ad good question. The club should aim at your intended target while you feet aim where you would like the ball to start.
Gamal Sankara I’ve heard it explained both ways. Since the club face controls start line and swing path controls curve. If I have the club face aimed at target it will start on that line and curve the opposite direction I’m swinging

Love to see a fellow Bear succeed!
Champ and my fav golf pair for tips!
Tiger and Rory - so many different shots with the same irons. I do like Tommy Fleetwood as well.
great video with the pga champ.
Champion Golfer of the Year 👀👀
You guys are the best!
Such a simple thought on the range, just visualise shots that you'd play on your local course. Will be doing that next time!
Some great points about visualising the shot you want to play Matthew
Wait, I know you guys have AP on your shirts... but are you really wearing Audemars Piguet watches?! 😱 So sick!
Yes Adam. Great brand and love the watches.
Love the Royal Oak, great piece. Are those the new 15500ST?
great job guys!!!
Anyone here because he just won the Open? Class
Great vid mate!

Watch Russell Heritage videos
Change the ball position in your stance. Move it up a little in your stance
Im really interested to know what exactly was he doing with his grip it wasnt really explained by Collin?
his left thumb sort of peeks out under his right thumb
The golf is the grand scheme of things where everything is put accordingly.
Piers, I'm going to need you to mail that spider headcover my way, mate :D
could u guys do one with joaco niemann???? thx
Cool video!

I don't think he does Michael. I think it was more from alignment and finish
What's the difference between fade and cut?
nothing
Awesome video !
Mate. That is one sweet swing! Is he available for a round this Saturday in Essex? 🤣🤣🤣
nice course
Best iron player on tour is tough. I think there’s 4 for me
Colin
Ricky
JT
Fleetwood
Tiger is the best iron player on tour no doubt
3 shots are enough to understand what exactly is the top players level.
Gotta be Henrik Stenson. Finished 1st in Strokes gained in "approach the green" category
If you also have front view short I think it will be perfected.
His left hand grip is really in a weak position but keeps face square going back. That has totally thrown me!
Um, "prodiminently"? 🤣
it is a word and it means "mainly; for the most part.
"
@@MrAir67 It's predominantly regarded to not be a word

Fantishtick. Thunks for infooming us all.
Zeus13i to be fair I did have to google it.
Oops😂
Tiger, then Rory, then Ousthuizen
Free lesson from 2-time major champion. Not bad 😅
“Compact is another word for old and stiff” :)
Gotta say how easy that first shot was my second from the front trap wasn’t so good 😂. Didn’t Collin get the shirt memo?
Clearly rory and tiger
Tiger is the best Iron player by far
Seems like a very smart kid with a hell of a move...look out
I wanna see you guys change sponsors. Like Callaway and Ecco or J.Lindeberg
Andy cmon ! 😀
Invite Collin back to the channel!
Never heard what club Collin used for the challenge shot?
Best iron player on Tour is still Tiger, but Scottie Scheffler is a strong iron player
… as is Collin 😉
cool guy! 👍
💯 💯
u should do a 500 ball hole in 1 challenge
Hole in one count, only stat Andy & I are tied, lol. Take care, boys.
Hi Steven. We can't believe you haven't had a hole in one yet!!
his voice sounds just like tiger
Close your eyes and imagine Tiger talking.
I guess Adidas sponsored the shoe choices?
👍👍
I have had 5 hole in one ☝️ but older than dirt .
very Jealous Paul!!
Don't 3 putt
It has always looked like to me that his normal shot is a fade, and looks like it is much more difficult for him to draw the ball.
Can hardly hear it mates
He even speaks like Tiger.
