I'm 72 and I miss my mom so much! She passed away in 2010. She was an RN, so anytime I get sick, I wish I could talk to my Mom. She had a great sense of humor, too. Time goes by so fast, so don't ever apologize for missing your Mother! I'm glad you're feeling better.❤
Moose are just so cool. When we went to Estes Park CO they just roam around town & you often have to wait for them to cross the street or they block traffic. Elevation sickness can be brutal. So enjoy the mountains & the nature. The changing trees are gorgeous! Nothing wrong with being homesick Amanda. So glad you have your Mom. Safe travels.

This was fun to watch - I grew up in Aurora, went to college in Boulder and occasionally went to ski resorts to ski and explore - I have a vivid memory of driving to Leadville late at night in a snowstorm - (this was in the early 90's ) and boy was that drive uncomfortable! But I survived and had a fun time hunkering down in a cabin with friends and eating local Mexican food. Good times! Never been to Creede though - I would love to visit there someday. Colorado has such fond memories for me. I live in Gilbert AZ now. Safe travels Amanda! ❤

As always, I enjoyed your video. One thing I’d recommend against is pouring water on your brakes. You can damage or warp them. Best to let them cool on their own. Safe travels!

I actually didn’t know they had Moose in Colorado.
On my map it says Leadville is highest point in CO. I think over 14000.
Some of the peaks are. But the town itself is around 10,100ft.

How has toco been doing with wolf ?

Good questions! Wynston only needs to be bathed every 6 weeks or so - otherwise his skin will dry out. So I bathe him at my home base when I'm there.
Taco is doing well - he's adjusting to life with Yellow Wolf and they are both happy. We will see them this fall. 🥰
