I find it funny with so many people saying she needs water or a sink or whatever. She’s capable of deciding what she needs, obviously has been successful with her setup. I’m impressed.
I'm a trucker living in my semi. I bought a 23ft motorhome for my upcoming retirement and compared to my truck sleeper my rv feels like a palace! As soon as I retire I'll start the redecorating 🥰
What model or layout? I would like the smaller unit but most Class C's that size have a small bed smashed in the corner. I am past the age of climbing over a partner to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So, I am always curious of the different models and their layouts that's all.
Just wow..the interior looks like a NYC modern apartment….She is so cool & talented..these people are inspirational and make you realize how you can change your own life. Bravo
Just to offer a different point of view, things change as you get older. As a senior solo RVer, I love having the plumbing and being able to shower and use a flushable toilet without having to worry about setting something up, because when you gotta go you gotta go! Also I am too arthritic to use the female urinal, and I feel much safer showering in my own rig. Also dumping is not hard, and I would rather do that and use my 40 gallon water tank than lug gallon jugs into the rig. She has created a lovely home.
Even as a younger person and a male I completely agree. To me it’s what separates a home from camping. It makes it much safer when traveling, less risks from encountering animals, people, and weather in the middle of the night. And overall makes it more self sufficient. I feel like the pros outweigh the cons, but I do think there is a middle ground. For people who want to boondock in the middle of nowhere for longer periods it makes sense to only use the water tank and greywater and not the black water for those kinds of trips. One less thing to pull you back into town if you can manage it for trips like that. But for day to day life, a shower and bathroom are part of what makes someone feel at home.
I’ve also found this to be a great hack. I can cook anything in my travel trailer oven and no burns, cooked fully and a nice caramelized top to pizzas, casseroles, etc. Even a roasted chicken came out just perfect.
This vid was an exciting side topic on refurbishing dated and worn decor, could have watched hours of it. She achieved a clean, sophisticated soothing design, extremely impressed.
Nice refurbish. I understand not wanting to deal with black water tanks and cost of dumping tanks. But you can have some 6 gallon water containers with a USB rechargeable pump and one as a gray tank.
As a single lady, I bought a ClassC as my first solo rig. I loved it, but I didn’t have a toad that I could pull behind. I ended up swapping the ClassC for a truck and travel trailer. The only thing I miss is the ability to get into the driver’s seat without going outside. I would love to go full time, but I have chronic health issues that require I keep my current job and the amazing medical insurance/healthcare I have through my employer. I’m on the road, traveling solo and camping everywhere I can find a legal spot to do so. On the east coast, I primarily camp in State Parks with overnights at Walmarts, CrackerBarrels and HH/BoondockersWelcome locations. The point is … You absolutely CAN do it!!! I love it and I’ve learned so much. BTW, I really love the decor in this smart lady’s rig. Nice job saving tons of money by shopping thrift stores. It really looks great.
Hello , very inspiring video. Never thought about the no plumbing but after this video it makes sense. This gal has her head on straight . Great going Autumn and happy travels.
I totally agree with the no plumbing!! It’s beautiful, too much space for me so I get what she means she wouldn’t get something soo big next time. Less is better…
What a beautiful person she is! Positive personality and she talks with her hands:) I love her RV, her decorating skills, her name and her willingness to help others. You found a true treasure when you found her. I'll bet she has no trouble whatsoever making a living on the road. She could remodel RV's, be a mentor to new nomads (Which is already is doing.), work remotely, etc. With a few interior decorating classes, she could probably even be an interior decorator and help people with homes.
That transformation looks amazing. What a great job making a rig like that look like a place you would want to be. So clean and nice. White is the perfect choice for everything indoors.
So many young people can not think past apartment / house rent. There are so many campers, 5th wheels, motor homes available for those who are willing to do this. Great job😊.
We live in our fifth wheel . We sold our home and traveled for ministry and its comfortable but i do miss my home and space. I am family minded and wznt a home where i can have my family around and a place for my grands. We are waiting for the right home for us. I must say though you did a beautiful job on your rv and wish you many years of enjoyment.
Bob, when Autumn said "and I can stay out here for quite awhile, then move a little bit", .... exactly how far do we have to move away from where we were, and when can we move back?? I've never heard that really explained. Nice video, and I loved her color scheme and layout. Thanks Bob.
Really like her energy and what she has accomplished on a budget! Beautiful inside and out!! I believe I committed on a past video of her and her dog. Good stuff! Safe travels
She looks amazing for 39, I thought for sure she was at best 21. Her bubbly optimism is contagious and I hope she has many more years of adventures ahead.
I plan on selling my house it at some point and getting into a van. I feel like I want to plan it correctly before I jump into it. I'm a trucker so I know what it is to live like this already. Autumn, your rig is nice and I can appreciate your insights and how confident you are in all of that. I'll be looking at your channel and videos you have.
It’s easy to shower in a dry home. Just take a new chemical sprayer. Fill it up. Set it outside during the day so the water gets warm in the sun. It’s a really nice shower. 🚿 or just heat a little water 💦 and put in with the water in the sprayer. I wash my hair and get a good shower and there is enough water for a second shower. I think it’s a 2 gallon sprayer. Got it for $10 at dollar general. So just another cheap easy way to shower in a dry home. Hope this helps someone. I did a lot of studying on how to live off grid. I have a dry cabin but I’ve also lived in Rv’s. And I sure wouldn’t mind doing it again. I just love her home ! Thank you Mr Wells ! You always have the best videos. Glad to see you doing so well. Leslye ❤
Beautiful young lady with a beautiful rig. She did an amazing job and her high energy spirit is everything! Thank you Sir Bob of nomadic life, we appreciate all you do. Much love and many blessings
Great points! I use my Jeep and sleep in it. One I got the 270 batwing awning with the sides it was so nice to stand and move around protected by the elements. I understand not wanting plumbing. More equipment more worries. I’m to the point where having to charge items has been simplified too. Going more toward old school is becoming freeing for me personally. Watching shows like 1883 gives me inspiration toward less technologically. Thank you for the video love your energy!
OMG!!! this video was just pure joy!!! just loved watching it! Loved the interior and how Autumn is living her life on her terms. just fantastic and so inspiring. even for people who want to stay in sticks and bricks, cause some of us are home bodies or have no real interest in traveling, seeing someone else decide for themselves what they want and do it, and not give into the group think, just feels so amazingly wonderful to see!!! I hope Autumn has many, many years of pure joy ahead of her. and thanks so much for this wonderful video.
I love what she has done with her decor. I agree about the toilet situation. I use a large bottle and a funnel and a bucket. I put toilet paper in the bottom of the bucket, do the business and then cover it with more toilet paper and put the lid on. When I go past a public toilet I just empty it there. Sometimes I do spray the bucket with air freshener. I have done this for 2 years and there is no smell, no hassle with chemicals etc.
Horse pellets work fantastic too. You can buy a huge 40 lb bag for about $6 at Tractor Supply. We threw out our Port-a-Potty 365 (cost: over $100) after about a month of use and purchased a Luggable Loo at Bass Pro Shops (cost: $30). The horse pellets are excellent for absorbing odors.
@@ladyporter2851 I use those same pine horse bedding pellets for my cat's litter box. No smell, cheap, easy and dust free. I always thought that if I needed to use a bucket system for myself that the horse pellets would be the way to go.
what an amazing brilliant job Autumn did on her van!!! It is really nice, spacious and beautiful. I think anyone would like to have a space like that! Well done. Thanks for sharing AUtumn and Bob
There are fitted ones on Amazon for top and bottom size RV seat cushions. I think “Carolyn” had gotten some…. more of a paisley print, but they do have solids. Suggestion for those starting out, have some sort of means to get / have towing, and an emergency fund before you start out!! 2 months into this ~
Nice refurbish. Class C looks nice. Autumn is an excellent RVLiving representative; articulate, resourceful, detail oriented, overall impressive. Can recommend a Trelino Evo-L for remote living, liquid separating toilet. Thanks for sharing.
Very nice interview. Autumn did a great job with the renovation. She could add to her list of services offered by giving solutions to those without the skill of decorating/renovating. I struggle with bringing my class C some new modern styling. Now, on to view Autumn's channel.
Glad I found this for inspiration, I feel her on the plumbing as I am slowly building out a truck bed camper for myself as I'm waiting for my lease to run out, I dont see a need for plumbing. I love the rig she's got.
I have plumbing but I leave and return to freezing weather every year so I have never unwinterized! I DO use the tanks and empty them before I get back. I made the RV toilet into a composting toilet, diverting the liquid into the black tank and capturing the solids in bags with pine shavings. EZ!
First off, I am pretty sure that she will need a tow dolly. Second off, she is beautiful but I am most impressed by her intelligence. Honestly she is like a throwback to another time. Best Wishes to her in her travels and all of her endeavors.
Wow I absolutely love your rv, you did a Great Job and for so cheap and Black and white is a beautiful combination of colors it looks like it's brand new inside. Great Job and Happy travels. Stay Safe!

Bad weather? That's when I land at KOA campgrounds. Rec rooms, TVs, etc. Also, even the smallest town has a library or museum. I find it funny with so many people saying she needs water or a sink or whatever. She’s capable of deciding what she needs, obviously has been successful with her setup. I’m impressed.
I agree with you! Her life, her choices!
You are saving money, so why not upgrade to normalcy toilet and shower
Agree. But, many think women can’t make their own minds about their lives. This is America today.
@@rosemil69 Not everything's about money. She clearly says it is way simpler without plumbing.
I use a cast iron skillet. I don't like pizza.

I lived in a truck for 4 years before buying a van and then a class C. 😊
So glad you've come back to do a tour with Autumn. Her enthusiasm is inspiring!
Just wow..the interior looks like a NYC modern apartment….She is so cool & talented..these people are inspirational and make you realize how you can change your own life. Bravo
I know you enjoyed interviewing her because she is delightful!
Great video! Totally get the no water thing!! Thought I was the only one. She is so full of life. God's peace to you both 🙏
Fantastic job young lady.. the white paint with the black detail looks really clean 👌

A pizza stone in your oven will regulate the temperature and allow it to cook more evenly. and nice work!
Or even a brick works in my oven. But a pizza stone would be way nicer and you can acutally use it!
What a good idea. Great tip.
I've heard pizza steels work really well as well. there are some pretty interesting reviews online
I’ve also found this to be a great hack. I can cook anything in my travel trailer oven and no burns, cooked fully and a nice caramelized top to pizzas, casseroles, etc. Even a roasted chicken came out just perfect.
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to try that.

It's great to see someone truly enjoy the lifestyle, and their rig. She's done a really nice job. She's got a LOT of energy!
No plumbing needs no plumbing issues. No freezing, tank emptying and leaks. This is a wise woman.
This is exactly why I don't have plumbing in my van. Less things to break.
I'm in a travel trailer and enjoy no plumbing either.

Autumn, I placed a pizza stone in my RV oven to help distribute the heat. Works great. No more burnt pizzas! Place it on top of metal heat pan.
