Same for me. Currently taking a break 10 minutes in, and will continue in a minute or two. I can't wait to see how much I improve over time, and when I'll be able to do this without modifications or pauses!

Am I the only one resting on the chin/chest in child and puppy dog? I’m certainly doing it wrong, I feel like my nose would be the most comfortable angle but obviously it’s not 😅 and on my forehead it’s just not a resting position, I feel like I need to work against gravity instead of taking advantage of it to lean into the pose. So I’m on my chin, with a great stretch but not the most open airways 😂
I use my forehead. It's easier 2 weeks in. I stated on fists
My finisher this was a little tough but I managed it lol❤

I like the challenge in this sequence but have to modify the roll to the side with cactus arms: I need to reduce the angle between my forearm and my upper arm in order to not cause serious pain in the shoulder capsule.🙏🏻

I am really struggling with the crossover hold in the downward dog. I am strong but I find that way too much stress on my shoulder. I can only reach the top of my calf. I just stay in downward dog.
The first sequence was easy for me... The second was not.. But I got through it

How do people have the flexibility with their arm cactused behind them and be able to twist far enough to get the foot behind the leg and on the floor? My top leg could only hover over the one on the floor,.I couldn't twist that far.
Is this safe for someone who has a bulging disk?
Far from inspiring confidence, that was incredibly humbling!! I had to modify about 70% of the poses, my strength just isn’t there yet 😂

Maybe share this isn’t for beginners so confident yogis get the benefits while new yogis don’t get discouraged
My videos are color coded by styles. Pink thumbnails are power yoga, a mix of all yoga styles, that focus on tone, strength, sweat, etc.
Instead of marking videos as "not for beginners" I mark videos as "yoga for beginners" so you can stick to videos that you're comfortable with until you're ready to move on to a challenge
That downdog twist is too intense for me. but I enjoyed the practice after all. Thank you Sarah Beth you changed my life in the last 4 years 😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🤍
