Very very few. Nothing like it should be. This afternoon I went back in the woods with my kids for a sort-of "campfire picnic"... but also to look for rabbit sign. No tracks at all and the snow has been down for days. That's year three. Very very strange.
Yes that's how it works I guess - the food runs out, then the rabbit population drops, then the predator population drops, and eventually it all starts over again
Next to walleye, white perch are my fave fresh water fish to eat. SOOOO delish!
They are very good eating for sure. Really hoping I can find a good spot for them this year!
