    İ am struggling with İnsomnia and been getting around 5-6 hrs of sleep for the past 8 months but despite this, I've made significant progress, albeit at a slower rate. My bench press went from 100kg x 3 reps to 100kg x 7 reps(both 0 RİR) for example.
    I'm not saying that sleep isn't important. Rather, I'm trying to show that if, for some reason, you don't get enough sleep, it's not as big of a deal as you might think. You shouldn't stress over it too much, as stress will only worsen both your sleep and your performance.

      Yeah, I agree because for the past for weeks I wasn't always sleeping enough myself, but when I started eating more, I started to grow. But at the same time it's important to understand that you'll have to pay the price for sleep deprivation when you're older.
