It doesn't matter how many of these tutorials I watch I still don't understand it. I have better things to do than spend 2 hours in that room reading all that nonsense so I just use ordinary weapons and manage just fine, also how do you get ancient scripts when you don't do raids or instances,I have no high level characters with weapons to appraise. Also while I'm at it my low level characters keep getting legendary items from Hobbit presents are they worth keeping as they just take up space in my bank.Keep up the good work.
Using non-LI items adds to the challenge considerably which some people find fun! LIs don't have to be complicated. -Get your LIs, reforge them every 5 levels (beginning with Level 56, so 56-61-66-71 etc.), and you can ignore them otherwise until you're at or near level cap. Just keeping up with the reforges will make them better at doing damage or healing than any other thing you're going to find at the same level. -When you're ready to spend just a little more of your time, slap in a Tracery to every empty slot. It doesn't have to be a perfect Tracery, anything is better than nothing because every Tracery provides important stat bonuses in addition to its major effect (fictional example: a Tracery which adds +20% to Barrage also adds +200 to Physical Mastery, and the Physical Mastery bonus can increase with Enhancement Runes). -Then use Enhancement Runes which you get for free from questing or the LI Reward Track, don't bother buying any Enhancement Runes until after you do your last reforge (last reforge is currently Level 136). -Finally, start spending Ancient Script at the archive in Rivendell to get the exact Traceries you want instead of slotting in whatever you happened to find - you can ignore this until you're at level cap. You get Traceries and Enhancement Runes from completing many quests from Moria onward. You get Ancient Script, Traceries, Enhancement Runes, and other useful things from the LI Reward Track. You advance the LI Reward Track by completing quests and defeating non-trivial/non-grey mobs. You can also get some LI stuff by running instances set to your own level or something close to it. You can get Ancient Script by deconstructing/disenchanting random Traceries that you don't want, you need a Flame of Ancalamir to do the deconstruction; the Flame of Ancalamir can be purchased from many vendors, the most convenient are the Mote and Figment vendors in Bree around the boar fountain.
Great video for returning players, thank you!
❤
